I ordered three pairs of boots from Colombia and was truly impressed with the entire experience. The shipping was fast, and the boots arrived in perfect condition. I had to return one pair because the size didn’t fit, and I have to highlight how smooth the return process was. I received quick responses at all times, along with constant support and very clear, friendly communication. I genuinely felt that they cared about my satisfaction and truly wanted to help. In summary, the service is exceptional. I highly recommend this company.

This was my first time ordering something from rivecour. I had to make a return due to the size being too large and there was a mishap with DHL making the return. I was so relieved when Angela from customer service helped walk me through it and reassured me that even though the return would be late she would take care of it. Everything worked out and I got my refund and a check in with customer service. Great customer service!

Contrary to what you claim I haven't received the money. I paid with VISA en call this morning VISA to double check. They confirm that there has been no refund till today ( 29.09.25)! I asked the proof of refund ( deposit into my account) , but I still haven't gotten it. I don't answer calls from other countries. I made an order 6 weeks ago worth more than 850€, which was not delivered to me due to a mistake made by Hermes. As a result, the order was automatically returned to Rivecour.
This happened over a month ago and I have reached out to Rivecour several times since then, asking them to confirm that they received the package and to issue a refund. Every single email has been ignored so far and I still have not received a refund.
I cannot recommend ordering from Rivecour and will never do so myself again.

UPDATE: Situation unchanged, my further emails have been ignored as well.
2. UPDATE: I have now received a refund after more than a month of waiting. The customer service claims to never have received any of my emails, even though they were sent (as a direct response) to the order confirmation sent by Rivecour from their regular and only email address majordome@ rivecour.com. I checked all my emails sent to Rivecour again and they were all sent to the afore-mentioned email address.

❌ Terrible quality & customer service – €300 shoes that caused injuries! ❌
I purchased a pair of Rivecour shoes for €300, expecting high quality and comfort. Instead, after just 2 hours of wear, they caused severe pain and blisters—even a month later, I still have scabs!
When I contacted customer service for a return, they completely refused, claiming the shoes were “worn” and ignoring EU consumer protection laws. A premium brand should stand behind its products, but Rivecour clearly doesn’t.
Looking at other reviews, I see I’m not the only one who had a bad experience. Poor quality, no durability, and zero customer support.
Rivecour is also ignoring the EU legal warranty, which protects consumers if a product is faulty, not durable, or unfit for its purpose. Since they refuse to respect my rights, I will be reporting this case to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and other relevant institutions.
I strongly advise others to avoid this brand!
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I must clarify that wearing shoes briefly and discovering they cause injury and discomfort is a defect under EU consumer law.
Repeated emails from your side offered no actual solution other than returning the shoes, which were of poor quality. I have now escalated the matter to the European Consumer Centre and will proceed to Small Claims Court if necessary.
Consumers have rights, and I hope others will read this before making a purchase.

I am a regular rivecour customer, however, recently, the customer service has been getting worse and worse. They have a big problem with sending returns. The issue is that they provide one shipping label per each item you return. As I was returning three items, I put all of them in the original box, with all three shipping labels in folder attached. This was the advise from the butler. Instead of refunding me for all three items, they have refunded me for just one! I have been trying to contact them via email (as they do not have a phone number), but no response for almost like a month! This is very frustrating, and I am not sure if I will continue ordering. I will avoid this type of experience at any cost! Please rivecour, be more responsive and give my money back! I agree with the previous comments, disaster with returns and refunds. They should learn from other brands like bobbies!

Refund process takes forever. They never reply to emails or texts. I had to open a claim through PayPal to get my money back in the end. The quality of the shoes is just ok but nothing special. Very expensive for what it is and disappointing service. I will never order again
