Bought a Propoker set which was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately some of the chips were damaged on receipt. I notified the seller on day of receipt and had an immediate reply. They sent more than enough replacements very quickly and now I have a full set and spares. Top service. Recommended. Thank you!

Excellent quality product and fast delivery, very pleased

I needed my delivery within 48hrs and requested the appropriate delivery option to satisfy this. Due to an unavoidable 24hr delay Riverboat Gaming upgraded my delivery option to ensure I received my order on time. Great customer service.

Great set but 2 minor issues

1) Arrived slightly damaged with the internal casing cracked. Not visible with the chips all laid out and not worth the hassle of returning.

2) So far I’ve found one 25 chip with a 25 on one side and a 50 on the other. Again not worth the hassle of returning

Verry good looking table top it was a great investment that makes the friday night poker game much with the lads much more fun and proffesional looking. Only suggestion that I have is that you should glue the cupholders to the table as it is verry annoying when they fallout when folding table.

Ordered a freestanding poker table. There was some slight damage to the item when it arrived, but my concerns were dealt with swiftly and courteously. A replacement was provided and it's brilliant. Problems happen from time to time, and it's experience we have when this happens that defines a good vendor.

Well packaged, quick service, easy to order, excellent quality.

This purchase was for the Tournament Poker Table with Folding Legs in Green Speed Cloth. It looks the part and all players were impressed. However, used only once and some of the faux leather is stretched/sagging and the foam underneath the leather has dropped more than I’d expect. This has happened only on one area of the table.
