I bought a Casino Royale poker chipset and I'm giving a 3-star rating because out of the 175 green chips, almost 50 of them were discoloured and also some of the red ones were too. One of the red poker chips had the sticker falling out...

L.E: Later on, they contacted me and sent out replacements, I had 45 chips with problems and they sent out 150, kudos to them for great customer support and service.

Poker table is absolutely great, really well done . Cup depths for drinks is also really handy , if I had slight complaint would be one off legs had small chip out off it but not noticed when cracking table is on

I can honestly say this is a great company to deal with. The items were dispatched and delivered within three working days. Richard is an absolute joy to communicate with as I had a slight issue. Not the company's fault I might add. The chipset I bought had odd dice, I contacted Richard by email and very next day a full set of new dice was delivered. Highly recommend this company. Will be shopping here again.

I purchased a folding poker table and 500 piece chip set which was delivered within a few days. Used them last night and was seriously impressed with the quality of both. I am a rookie poker player and felt I had spent more than I wanted to after the order but I am happy I did - both items will be used for a considerable amount of time in my opinion.

The Set was delivered on time, but the case was a little damaged. One of the lock has become loose and sometimes doesn't close properly

From first ordering, the information I received was excellent right through to receiving the product. I knew exactly where the process was and what to expect. Exceptionally easy and I would recommend to anyone, same with the quality of the product I received.
The only thing that let it down was nothing to do with riverboat gaming but the courier that 'Future' used......DPD. The first actual human interaction (the courier driver) was the weakest link and would not deliver to my front door, instead saying it was too heavy and left it by the garage. This is absolute rubbish, my 12 year old daughter can lift it, the driver was just in a rush and had no customer skills.
