I placed an order and saw it was on…
I placed an order and saw it was on hold. There was no communication with me no email sent nothing. I finally reached out and the response I got was we need an alternative address before we can send this out. UMMMM were you ever going to contact me to let me know or just never send me the order? I have had issues with this company in the past and others are priced the same if not a little cheaper and the quality and customer service is so much better. This site does not even make you speak with a doctor others do as well as give you access to a nutritionist all for the same price.... this company is horrible... Buyer be warned

I don’t like how the subscription is…
I don’t like how the subscription is set up. After the minimum 3 months we should be contacted and reminded because now I have so many extra Injections that I don’t need because It wasn’t clear that it continues after the minimum without confirmation.

Ok two separate occasions I have placed orders and in each incident I was contacted via telephone to ensure the accuracy of the billing and shipping information I provided. In both instances I received exactly what I ordered along with instructions to administer properly. I will continue to do business with Riverfront.
