Be careful while paying anything. All these online scams are real. Do not do any business with any company if they do not have any physical office with years of history.
This company is advertising on Rightmove a property near Widemouth Bay. The information they've posted to Rightmove is not only terribly poor (almost no detail, blurry unreadable floorplan) but factually inaccurate (it says there's a stairlift when there isn't) and worse still, fails to mention that the property is part of a holiday complex with restrictive dwelling covenants. Had I not done some private digging around and checking out photos uploaded to Google, I'd have made a wasted 5-hour round trip.

Estate Agent advertising New Builds for an uncontactable Developer.
Takes reservation fees for properties that are never going to be built.
This time next year this company will be gone and a new one will appear in it's place advertising the same properties for the same developer.
This company was only created at the end of 2022.
Avoid at all costs, do not give this company any money!
