Poor admin procedures
I had to renew my bank card so tried to contact the company to let them know the new details by using the phone number on my renewal email only to find that the number does not exist. Not a good start. I then found another number online and after a protracted conversation managed to get the new details logged. Imagine my surprise and concern when the renewal did not happen because your system still had my old card details and I had to process my new card details again. Not engendering a great feeling of confidence.

I took the policy in regard to car hire…
I took the policy in regard to car hire in ireland, and unfortunately has a some parking incident and could claim the excess paid for the car hire company. They resolved my claim in a very good manner. I completely recommend them
