Brilliant service, we love our new shutters! Just what we were hoping for! Easy to deal with, staff have all been very friendly and accommodating, the gentleman that fitted the shutters was very thorough, took his time to do a perfect job!

The service from Riverside was superb. I wanted security shutters for my home in London and approached several organisations. Riverside really stood out - professional, yet also a very personal service. Competitively priced, and a brilliant tailor made product and installation. The service provided was of the highest quality and the shutters look great. Walter, our fitter, was top class. He was so committed and the pride he took in his craft was evident to see. I was impressed with how tidy he kept everything too. Would highly recommend!

I've had the pleasure of working with Riverside Shutters twice now, and both experiences have been outstanding. The quality of their shutters is truly amazing. They look fantastic and feel incredibly well-made.
While there was a minor fitting issue with one of the blinds the first time around, it was quickly addressed and resolved. From start to finish, the team at Riverside Shutters were professional, super friendly, and a pleasure to deal with.

I have used this company four times over the last 6 years. This time was to take down the shutters and put them back after having windows replaced.

Each time they have been excellent, clean and tidy, very polite and extremely helpful and accommodating. They changed dates for putting the shutters back after a problem with our window fitters and the finish was excellent

I have had different fitters and I would recommend each of them. A brilliant company to use. Would highly recommend

I had done a lot of research for shutters before I chose riverside shutters and was not disappointed they delivered a little later than promised but was well worth the Waite . The guys that installed them were informative and polite not to mention once installed left the home spotless … happy customer

Great experience with these from Start to finish!. Advice offered on style, colour of hinges etc. No details were missed. These were still being fitted when they were complimented on by a passer by. Over the moon with these. Would highly recommend!

Although we had to wait longer for our shutters than usual, this was out of Riverside Shutters' control. When the shutters arrived, the fitter arrived on time, was polite, reliable and worked really hard in order to get the work completed. Very pleased with finish.

Excellent service and quality. I used to sleep around 6 hours a night with Venetian blinds, however since going for the black out shutters, I have slept 9 hours on most nights. They will add years to my life! Thanks for everything. The best thing we did!

Russell and his team has been super friendly and provided good guidance on what I can have. I already had shutters fitted but wanted blinds inside for blackout.

it was either blinds fitted into the shutters or blinds fitting onto the windows. luckily there was enough space for the blinds.

Due to the retro fitting the tab which allows you to pull the blind up and down stuck out too much that I cannot close the shutter doors. Russell has kindly arrange one the guys to come and cut down the little plastic.

Would not hesitate using them again. We've already recommended them to our neighbours.

Exemplary service from start to finish. Quick and efficient communication with the office manager to establish a very competitive quote. A clear and non-pushy sales appointment followed, which gave me professional guidance to achieve my desired look without the normal sales pitch! To my surprise my shutters were installed several weeks before the anticipated date. Matt the fitter delivered a faultless and polite service on the day itself, a meticulous finish to the shutters and leaving the house spotless on departure. We are so pleased with the end result of our new shutters and the process as a whole, we could not recommend Riverside highly enough.
