Got a loan, $200, had already did the bank verification and steps … I even paid it off early…. I immediately applied for another loan and I’ve gone through two days of hell with them treating me like they need to verify all the information, they already have… it’s more trouble that it’s worth

Natalie was so helpful as was Steve. There was someone who helped on Thursday that was not only rude but gave me the wrong information. When I asked for a manager or supervisor she remarked with frustration “?I am a manager. I am a supervisor”. Steve and Natalie saved my sanity. They were so kind and understanding. I wouldn’t need the loan if it was not an emergency. I was panicked as they both solved my issue with kindness and understanding. Thank you.

I asked for a loan because the government was shut down and I needed propane for heat, I usually get help through government agencies. They were very willing to help and it's going to cost me an arm and a leg to repay it but I'm happy because I will not freeze this winter.

738% interest rate 738 Percent, sounds illegal to me the pawn shop doesn't charge that much I was quoted for $1135 I was going to pay $5427 interest and payments of $321.00 twice a month so in 8 weeks the recouped their loan amount directly out of my account and the rest of the payments is interest. Predatory loans used to be against the law in the US now its kill everyone with dept. Stupid plain Stupid...Run and run fast away from these guys someone is getting rich off the backs of the working people and it looks like its River Valley.
