I recently had to take out a mortgage on a house that I own outright. I was directed to a man named Derick Cristina, from Vancouver, WA. I have never experienced the level of commitment and competence, and just kindness that this man showed. I knew nothing, and he took the case on and provided help every step of the way. In fact, honestly, he did it all, as I was able to do little. He would email me weekends, nights, anytime to make sure I got what I needed and to encourage and update me. I would never have believed there could be a business man this conscientious, kind, or caring as this one. My loan was a small one, but even so, he went way over and above to help me. I can't say enough about him.
