Ordered a tracksuit
Ordered a tracksuit , confirmation of order came through however they failed to dispatch the item for 5 days . Once I got in contact with them (they don't have live chat or phone number , only email ) they said they will check with the courier , later I found out they never sent it in the first place as I received a email saying no stock for the top part . Next the proceeded to send the bottom to my address before I confirmed I even wanted the order anymore. Now that I need a refund it's a nightmare to stay in contact with them . This is the first and last time I have used this company , I hope not everyone had a bad experience like me .

I ordered a cap from the website which turned up completely battered and out of shape. When I complained I was informed as a good will gesture I could get something from the website for free, however all I wanted was the cap I bought in the condition it should have arrived in...
I never heard from them again, don't offer something if you can't follow through with it. Poor.
