Cheap rubbish terrible customer service if I could give less than one star I would , I got well and truly ripped off the material is cheap,it looks nothing like the picture made it look , I tried to cancel my order before it was dispatched and I sent a message which they only replied to after it was dispatched,my daughter was bitterly disappointed and upset, I really wish I'd checked out the reviews before I ordered it, I am now £45 down because my daughter dislikes it so much that she won't wear

This website is a scam. I ordered a dress for about 50€ and the material was so cheap and thin and ugly. I tried to get a refund, they ignored me and blocked all my emails. Dont order from this scam website.

Eine erstmal positive Änderung. Ich kann mich noch hier anschließen. Das Kleid war zwar schön aber passte nicht an stellen wo normal ja (gerade unter brust) und passte prima wo s hin mal nein (hüfte und bauch). Umtauschen geht auf eigene Kosten nach China und zürick. Im heutiger Zeit passt sowas nicht.
Aber eine überraschende Antwort kam:

WARNING ⚠️ Please read the last few reviews & take them seriously before losing your money by ordering from this scam company! I had the same experience as everyone described. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards to stop them from scamming anyone else. I wish I read the reviews before ordering, so I have lost money & more money from trying to send back. They have a customer service email, who respond to you, but always trying to dance around all the issues, anything but actually give "customer service" / or money back #scam after scam#.

Es handelt sich um ein Fake. Die Firma gibt vor in den Niederlanden zu sein, die ware kommt aber direkt auch China. Die Ware ist Billigware und stinkt nach Chemie. Schuhe sollten aus Leder sein, stimmt nicht. Rücksendungen sollen auf eigene Kosten nach China erfolgen, erst dann erhäjt man eine Rückerstattung. LÜGE UND BETRUG.

I’ve waited weeks for my order and then when it finally came, it was the wrong item! Since then i‘ve got no message back for help! I will not pay for the wrong order i didn’t wanted.

One of the worst experiences. I bought "leather" shoes and recieved plastic garbage. I was told that I had to return them tracked and signed at my own expense. This cost me 20€ even though they sold them fraudulently. After all this I never received a refund. THEY ARE THIEVES AND CRIMINALS.

This is my work client. After working for them diligently for a month, they decided to fire me without proper notice and they will not pay the working hours I rendered. Instead, they only want to pay me $50. $50 out of more than 60+ hours I worked for them! Will you trust this business if you are the customer? They don't care about their employees, what more their customers. All they are after is money. WORSE EMPLOYER EVER!!!! PRODUCTS ARE FROM CHINA! VERY POOR QUALITY! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! If I can give them a ZERO (0) rating, I WILL! They are very unprofessional. PAY MY SALARY YOU CHEAPSKATES!!!!

Horrible customer service!! I wanted to return something (because the quality was actually really bad and disappointing) and it took them 10 days to finally send me the return form in an email and now they won’t give me the full refund back because they say it took too long and return has expired… I really wouldn’t order anything here!
