Been a long standing business customer and completely let down by them
Been a long standing business customer of rix for many years however we were due a delivery today at the latest and just received a text saying it’s now rescheduled to Friday , after a phone call to the market Drayton office expressing we are out of fuel and is there any way it can be delivered tomorrow we were met back with the attitude of they couldn’t care less and delivery is Friday 🤷♂️ it will be the last delivery now and will move suppliers very annoying to say the least after years of loyalty to them

We’re sorry for the concern caused while waiting for your delivery, particularly with your tank running low. We can confirm that the order has now been delivered.
At the time of ordering, delivery was advised within 10 working days. As we don’t operate over weekends, delivery was completed on the final working day of that timeframe. We always aim to provide a reliable and timely service.

Great customer service
Just ordered heating oil and have to say that whether I speak to Montrose or Grangemouth the cusromer service team is always super friendly and helpful.
I don't often post reviews but very deserving in this case.

Been using Rix and only Rix!
Been using Rix since we started with oil heating for over 5 years. Yes they're not the cheapest around but they always deliver, always on time, always ring about an hour in advance. "A" class service every time. Customer service is always on point.
A big thanks to our delivery driver Peter too. Happy chap, good chat too 👍

Same as others after an oil boiler service I felt like the engineer was obnoxious and judging me - made me feel like a silly women and I didn’t know any better. The service wasn’t done correctly and was followed up by poor customer service asking for immediate payment. Never again!
