Worse travel agency they are fraud
Worse travel agency they are fraud , I book a flight from them 6 months ago and miss sanjiv did not refund me back my whole money she kept 600 dollar from my booking and charge me more for my tickets they are so rude and not trustworthy especially there assistant manager me. Joel and miss sanjiv

Truly Outstanding Service- Riya Travel- Surrey B.C.
I recently booked tickets to BOM for my daughter & myself with Riya Travels (Surrey B.C). I had a truly outstanding experience working with their Riya travel team.
I would definitely use them again and recommend others to use them as well.
The Branch Mgr. Crystal Menezes at Riya Travel and the The Travel designer Sanjiv Vasdev were absolutely phenomenal and went above & beyond curating an itinerary which best suited my dates and budget.
A couple of weeks before the travel date, our flight to HKG was cancelled due to political unrest.
The Riya travel team were extremely mindful of how important it was for us to reach BOM by Dec. 23. They assured me that I need not worry and they would pressurize the airline to provide us with an alternate booking.
They tirelessly worked with the airline until the airline gave us an alternate booking. Thanks to the perseverance of Riya Travels- Surrey, I was able to reach BOM on time.

Reschedule Policy quite inflexible
Offer great rates but worst service when it comes to rescheduling. Seems like they just want to assist to make a sale. Calls are not returned and no changes to help are made.

My First Booking
The first time experience was good and the connections were good but I hate to travel by American Airlines. Delay at Calgary for 2.30 hours and delayed in Panama for 2 hours. There was no crew to fly us out. Can you believe it? Till some other crew had to come.
