No glue

Oh, so I’m not the only person who’s found that rizla greens won’t stick anymore, appalling.
Obviously they’ve changed to a cheaper and non effective glue.
No wonder they hand them out free with the tobacco itself.

Sort out your QA/QC Team

I have been using RIZILA for over 40 years! Lately packets that I’ve bought have either had no gum or burn unevenly, producing a burnt line right down the length of my smoke. RIZILA QA! Get your act sorted out, or lose another customer. I’m not the only one. Senior management, sort out your QA/QC team. Whatever they are doing, they’re doing it wrong!

For the last year I don't think I've bought one packet that has stuck properly. It is extremely annoying. Is it because the government want us to stop smoking? Or are they using a different method of sticking? If so, sort it out.

Used to be my number one choice but too many times now the paper doesn't stick. C'mon Rizla sort out your quality control. You've been around since 1796 ! If it ain't broke , don't fix it. Switching to another brand in the meantime.

Forced To Buy RIZLA

This company RIZLA should be looked into regarding trading.
They made a massive mistake changing the colour of the last 5 or 6 papers from green to white and people got sick and tired of wasting their tobacco so people stopped buying them.
So what they are doing now is adding them into Golden Virginia 50g packs and you are been FORCED to buy them. all the big named supermarkets are charging 60p more for the tobacco. This should not be allowed to happen. My next letter/ review is to trading standards.
Had enough of this company.

Rizla liquorice papers.

I’m afraid I’m finished with these.
Since they changed them a couple of years ago they have not been great but I stuck with it. Now, in the last few weeks at least 50% of the cigarettes I light burn half way up immediately. Apart from this being extremely frustrating at the time ( just happened again hence this review!) I’m sure most people would rather not waste their tobacco trying to use these papers that are not fit for purpose.
I’ve seen similar reviews to this numerous times and have yet to see an acceptable response from Rizla “we’ve changed our paper supplier”
I think it’s time they changed it again!
Meanwhile, I’M OUT!

Rizla White are the Worst

Rizla White, Had to buy them because it was all the shop had, the paper is weaker than toilet roll and the glue does Not stick!!! The cigarette will unroll itself before you can smoke half of it, and don't dare let humidity near them or the paper seems to tear itself apart. If Rizla was my company I would discontinue the White Rizlas

10 Papers Left

I agree with the comments on the "10 left" paper, actually I'd like it gummed as i don't care if I'm smoking a printed paper... Seems like a waste to me.

Some packs also have a first paper with name info and i'd prefer that to be gummed also.

Rizla has served me well and over the…

Rizla has served me well and over the years have noticed larger and thinner papers. Honestly i can say i have no issues with the 10 left paper as i smoke blue or silver and can tell the difference, especially as it has new printing on it. As for packet changes I'm sure it's not as bad as people say I dnt use roaches and use filters so no issues there. I have tried other brands and the glue on them tastes vile so will stay with rizlas.

I hate the new box it's all waxy Yukon territory off and make a roach to put at the end of your cigarette so that you don't get all the tobacco pieces in your mouth why did they change the box from a cardboard to wax bored it's horrible shiny slippery and doesn't care it's almost solid like plastic come on Rizla paper get your act together and smokers missed the way they used to be I'm sure a lot of people would agree and if you do agree if you read this then put a like at the end of this as I'm sending it off to the chief executive so that he can read it
