RL360’s practices leave a lot to be desired. A disgraceful company based on the Isle of Man, that in my opinion should be barred from trading.
FACT: Customer service does not exist.
FACT: Charges and fees are astronomical as it partners with greedy brokers and IFAs to fleece customers out of vast sums of money by placing them in heavily amortised offshore bonds that haemorrhage fees left, right and centre.
FACT: RL360 constantly washes its hands of any complaints received.
My policy will have cost me around £40,000 by the time it matures in 2029.
Not to be trusted: you have been warned. Stay away.
EDIT REPLY 1: RL360, what more can you add to this saga? What more will you bring to the table? In a word - nothing! All you will do is absolve yourselves of any blame and point fingers. Should I receive a reply to my fair review, I will be rather surprised as you define me as just an "underlying scheme member" and/or a "life assured" rather than a customer. Enough is enough RL360; get someone from your company to step out of their comfort zone and get in touch. Email sent 01-Aug.

EDIT REPLY 5: RL360 is still refusing to deal with me. They are also refusing to grant the trustees of my scheme request so as I can deal directly. Despite RL360 previously advising me in July they would "get a response to you as soon as possible" I continue to wait for an email from them. Further email sent 04-Sep-25.
EDIT REPLY 6: As at 03-Oct-25, I'm still waiting for a reply from RL360. This debacle has now entered its fourth month.
EDIT REPLY 7: The moral of this chain of events and story is that if you are looking to be financially raped by RL360, then they are the "right fit" for you.

Tried calling the customer service number - automated of course. The first three inputs were met with "that is an incorrect digit, please try again". The fourth attempt I was disconnected. Tried two calls - unsuccessful. Wrote an email and was advised it will take up to 5 days to respond (95% target rate) and might be more if they get busy!!! WTF

I got a response to my email… I was asking a question about my location (Bermuda), and this was part of the response…
However, if both you and Bermuda need to take the course, you or Bermuda will need to purchase a separate course to take.
Clearly my message was not read… was this an AI response or are the staff not aware of their customs locations? The response does not even try to answer my question a tiny bit.

Please avoid this. You may think it is a good idea until you want to take your money out. You will not get what you put your money into I basically threw 8000 dollars into this garbage I will move on and hope I can reach at least one person to avoid
The process is not explained and sugar coated. Did not have a clear understanding. Regretting 😡
Please do not do it. There are way better options. Do some really in-depth investigation. Customer service is poor.

My experience has been positive. It has been very customer focused, I have got very quick and clear responses to all my questions and all the staff I have dealt with have gone over and above the norm which has made the experience very pleasant. I would highly recommend from a customer service point of view.

After 7 years of investing, in the situation of critical need, I decided to withdraw the policy.
The agent who serves me was not informed about the process, so initial request resulted with detailed instructions which forms to fill and which numerous documents to provide.
Then, nothing happened for a week or so, and after reminder I got the message I need to self-certify the documents provided.
Did so, submitted same day. Again a week of slience.
Sent a message asking for update if all OK, received just a reply they are checking.
I have no idea why is it so easy to collect premiums monthly, without any problem, just charding the card, and SO DIFFICULT to return my money, with significant penalty applied?
Why do you penalize your clients so much? Well, the financial loss was clear from the beginning. But why do you apply this emotional penalty? Questioning the genuineness of application, delaying processing so much.
If you were personally in difficult situation and uregntly needed money, and a financial insistution made all to make it impossible - would you be happy from that?
Where is your care of a customer?
1) I would recommend having the attendees select a winner from prepared profiles and offer a prize(s). Not really betting, put prizes.
2) I would recommend informing people they will be staying in pods. This way they can properly prepare for the accommodations (mentally mostly). They were fine one settled in.
3). All RL360 staff (team) should maybe where their tanks tags and title or department. I simply assumed I was sitting to another agent and when we finally talked I realized we had a lot to talk about and little time to do it.
More office time with the staff. I would have liked to sit with new business and operations teams.

Not impressed at all.
My advise use a different company who cares about their customers and will help correct ongoing problems in a timing manner.
Took 6 weeks to finally get things sorted .
Very painfully slow and no customer support .

It was pleasant, adequate, and relevant. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an investment plan. They will work with you where you are, financially, and suggest the right plan for your needs.

I have lost approximately €13,200 due to poor and misleading financial advice.
The counselor was dishonest, pushy, and strongly insisted I use their "solution" instead of other available options on the market. He failed to properly explain the pros and cons of the investment contract. In fact, he didn’t even fully understand the terms himself, as the contract was actually with a third-party provider (RL360), and he gave me incorrect information that led me to make a very bad decision by signing it.
After 20 months of contributing, I reviewed the numbers and confirmed them with the counselor:
I was paying €1,704 in fees for the first 12 months, just to invest €7,920 per year, that’s more than 20% of the invested amount going to fees.
The plan was for 25 years, and the structure is a trap:
If you cancel within the first two years, you lose all your invested money. If you plan investing the 2 first years and then wait the remaining 23 years, the contract is made for you to pay much for fees so that you are constrained to keep investing and pay their fees. Their fees are so high that you’re unlikely to see any return.
In short, this product is designed to drain your money, not grow it.
I strongly advise against working with this company. You are being scammed under the guise of financial planning.
