I got in touch with Jamie, he came recommended to me as I wasn’t happy with the previous company I had used.
Jamie was prompt in getting back to me, worked around my schedule to get me booked in for a boiler service and gave me a courtesy call to say when he will be arriving. Jamie is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of what he was doing. You wouldn’t have known he’d been as everything was left clean and tidy.
I have used Jamie and his colleague Wayne again to replace a radiator valve and thermostat. They were excellent, very efficient and went above and beyond. Great value for money. I feel very lucky to have found someone who is reliable, hardworking and honest.
They are my ‘go to’ now as I won’t be using anyone else!

I can't recommend Jamie highly enough. For several years, Jamie has taken great care of servicing my boiler through annual maintenance checks. My boiler is getting on a bit now, and while I'm certain other engineers would try to sell me on getting it replaced, Jamie has taught me over the years how to maintain it properly, and he gives it new life each year he visits. He’s super knowledgeable, trustworthy and a genuinely nice guy.
