HORRIBLE!!!
I am left dumpfounded by how horrible this up is.
I am all for a change if it means improvement with a system that works.
I cannot currently access my account. I have gone through my organization’s E-rostering team who could not help,
I emailed loop for support and for over a week after a response of we will get back to you soon. Nothing happened., I am still waiting. It is frustrating and awfully stressful. The old e-rostering was working just fine. It appears that this system needs a lot of work. It is not properly set to support users if there are issues.
I have tried to completely delete the account but the delete tab doesn’t work when pressed. Honestly, it’s a waste of time. Not worth the stress.
