Their expertise surprised me
Being an amateur, the team are always helpful and offer advise.
I went in to have my road bike serviced , but was tempted by an amazing deal for a new one. No hard sell at all, just information and options, and I walked away thinking.
Picked up bike from service and yes I did buy the new bike! I had done research and it was an amazing deal on price a very well spec’d road bike.
But, why the title of my review…..
Went in today to collect, they fitted it for me and observed without asking my mechanics. First time I have been asked if I had, had an injury to my hip! Yes, had a major operation years ago, but they spotted it based on observation, amazing knowledge and reall extra service, and also provided a solution in spacers for pedals and also suggestion if I also felt pinching in the hip. Plan to go back in after 6 weeks to get the bike checked over and see if any adjustments are needed.
THEY REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF!
Highly recommended, service, quality, price and just the whole team.

Great service. I ordered the bike on Tuesday and was at my door on Friday! It was all nicely packed and it took 30 min @ bike shop to assemble. I would highly recommend it.

Perfect buying experience from start to…
Perfect buying experience from start to finish.
Bike (TCR Advanced Pro 0 AXS) was ordered on Saturday and was delivered to me on the following Thursday.
This included having the steerer cut while the bike was being prepared.
Packaging was perfect with only the handlebars needing attaching - I was out riding within two hours of receiving!
Price-point was unbeatable - almost half the price of the current year model!

I traveled 4 hours in a sports car to one of the best remote locations in Kent from Wembley! I had been in constant communication with Thomas and Rob on the phone and email for nearly 60 days straight and they held my bike 🚲 for me 💯🙌🏿👌🏿! The bike is immaculate and incredible ! Their team is amazing and something the “big “ brands have to learn from! As a director of a sports and fitness company I will be a regular customer!

Great bike and good service, but missing power meter charger
The Di2 charger was supplied, but the separate power meter charging cable was missing. As the bike includes a power meter, I would have expected this charging cable to be also included as well.
Other than that, the bike was well presented, good value, and the service was good overall
