After receiving a call and rescheduling based on mutual agreement, I was informed shortly before the new time that the role had already been filled. It would be helpful if the site or recruiter updates could reflect real-time role status, or if candidates could receive notifications when positions are close to being filled. This would enhance transparency and help manage expectations.
