Excellent service from Roy. Very efficient and he was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
On our return journey, on 7th June, Roy was already waiting for us at arrivals — we didn’t have to wait a moment. Now that’s what I call first-class service. Communication with Roy has been excellent throughout.

Reliable and friendly
We arrived at Manchester after 24 hours of connecting flights to find Roy ready and waiting for us with a friendly smile, plenty of space for all our baggage, and a smooth ride home… excellent service as always!

Excellent Service - Reliable and Friendly
Roy was efficient and reliable. He arrived on time in a clean, well maintained minibus, and the drive to the airport was smooth and enjoyable. We travelled on a bank holiday in the middle of the night, but Roy was friendly and nothing was too much trouble in his assistance to us.
He messaged me as we arrived back at Manchester Airport, and although there were complications in the airport which delayed us, he waited for us. The drive home was once again smooth and well driven. I highly recommend RM Transfers, and Roy for anyone needing assistance to and from the airport. Excellent service - thankyou!

Exceptional service
Great service - fast response to any questions throughout the process. Confirmation the day before for a very early pick up (very reassuring). Roy was happy to pick up / drop off from individual properties which was great as going on a cruise we all had lots of luggage! On the return we were delayed but this was not a problem and he was in touch throughout and waiting for us when we arrived.

Contact was made the day before our trip to the airport and this gave us great confidence. The driver was on time (early in morning) and it was a smooth journey.
Return journey was made easy. Flight was delayed by over an hour and landed in early hours of morning. Driver made contact by text and confirmed exact pick up location. Superb
