We were happy with RMZ Law at first. The lease extension was clearly explained, and things progressed well through to payment. After that, communication stopped.

Our last real update was from our case worker, Zamwa, on May 1. It's now the end of June, we’ve sent multiple emails, left a message with reception, and even booked a new client appointment through their website. All of this went unanswered. It was only after emailing the director directly that I received a quick reply promising someone would follow up. I then got a call from Ramish, the associate named in the email, which seemed promising. But it turned out the call was only in response to the new appointment I had booked. Ramish brought up my file during the call and mentioned the notes, but wasn’t able to offer any explanation for the delay. She said she would follow up. It is now the end of the day and I have not received an update.

After nearly two months, the delay is now holding up another sale. It’s a small part of a larger process, but it's becoming stressful. I’ve made clear I would fully understand if there’s a reason for delay. But choosing not to respond is something else.

Like other reviewers, I believe the real issue here is a lack of communication. People are forgiving when problems are explained. What they find hard is silence.

I’m leaving two stars because the early service was good and the work may still be resolved. I would be happy to update this review if the matter is followed through properly.

My interactions with my solicitor was very quick easy and as painless as possible. They were very responsive and couldn’t have asked for a better service and managed to deal with my case without a problem.

I just want to reach out and say thank you for all the hard work uou put into my case. And I appreciate the way you were able to explain everything to me detailly and in a way it made sense to me. You made me feel much more confident throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend you to anyone in need of assistance.

RMZ Law were absolutely fantastic. In short, my mortage offer was expiring and a much higher rate would have been applicable had the law firm not engaged the lender's solicitors relentlessly to ensure that I completed on the final day of the expiration of the mortgage offer. I saved approximately, 20,000 pounds over a 5 year fix rate. Great personal service.

I have just used Rmz Laws' services for the second time for the purchase a smallholding with planning issues. Zamwa is beyond fantastic and I would definitely recommend RMZ Law to friends, family & anyone else reading this review. When my last solicitor retired, I didn't think I would find anyone else that even came close to providing the level of service I had become accustomed to. However, Zamwa is always available at the end of the phone (rare in legal land) to provide updates, professional guidance and to keep the ball rolling. 100% worthy of a 5* rating!

Excellent service for the sale of my mother-in-laws flat in Hammersmith from Zamwa Yunus and his colleagues at RMZ Law in Wimbledon. I was able to visit their offices easily to take in a Power of Attorney Document, Passport, etc and sign various forms as RMZ are very close to Wimbledon train and tramlink stations.
Their charges are very reasonable (less than half those quoted by the solicitors recommended by our estate agent)

Excellent service from the start of the conveyancing of my property. Having dealt with mr raza before in another matter i was not worried to contact him and was happy to hear that they provide conveyancing of properties.
He directed his team to look after us and they did a excellent work for us.Both me and my partner are happy with the outcome.
Will recommend and use their service again.
