They employ enforcers-beware

It was all flowers and sunshine at first. Then, when I missed a payment (I thought it had already cleared) they SENT PEOPLE TO MY HOUSE! Ok, weird but whatever. Then, last week it happened again. No clue anything was wrong, I come out to go to work and I have 4 flat tires. What?! I had to get to work, so I caught a ride (I was 1/2hr late!) and called them. Turns out, THEY DID IT. Rather than call me or knock on my door ("it was late and we didn't want to wake you".... Dude, really? My living room lights were on!) they vandalized my car. Flattened all four tires. No notice, no note, no phone call. The kid on the other end of the phone apologized but the damage is done. I caught up the payment and they came out and put air in. I mean this is Mafia level activity. I'm still 7 levels above livid. Enjoy the money you got from me because it is the LAST you're ever going to get from me.

Very misogynistic and rude general manager

I called RNR Tire in Daytona Beach to explain a situation regarding my husband’s deposit and was completely shocked by how I was treated. The man I spoke to told me he doesn’t talk to “anybody’s wife” — as if, as my husband’s wife and partner in decision-making, my input didn’t matter. I found his comment incredibly sexist and misogynistic, and I felt completely disrespected. This is not how you treat customers, and they owe me an apology immediately. Their rude and dismissive attitude is unacceptable, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
