I've completed a sale and earned a large chunk of money. It was purchased via crypto, so I got BTC. I tried withdrawing my funds and the site kept spitting me an error saying I'm trying to withdraw more funds than I had. This lead me to try and contact support...

What a nightmare. There is no staff in their Discord, their site live support chat logs on and doesn't reply to tickets leaving us on read. I asked a moderator on their Discord for help and he said he'd forward my issue to the staff... I've heard nothing back now from the moderator or the staff.

What was once a good, reliable site is just a shell of what it used to be. You may be able to keep purchasing and selling here, but the moment you run into a problem you WILL NOT get support.

I feel scammed, which is super sad to say about ro.place considering I've been selling here since 2022.

Though I havent bought anything yet I brought some of my concerns to a support member they assured me though 99% is private resellers that all the limiteds posted are clean from just looking at the over all website they have different payment options which is GREAT! and if your stuck like me between adurite and ro.place though roplace is a little bit more expensive go with roplace, rather pay 20 dollars more than have a higher risk of my account getting deleted

Last year i spent 200$ on some limited ( forgot what it was lol ) but i didn't get scammed, i really think it depends on the item and account you're buying from. i was being careful and checking the account etc to make sure it wasn't " to good to be true "

spent $200, got the trade for the item, tried to accept but item was gone from their inventory, opened support ticket, waited over a month and then they closed it without giving me any answers/refund. horrible service will never use again

roplace is super reliable and im never worried about getting scammed from it. very good prices and deals especially from people outside of america that pays too much for robux.
