I remember I got scammed with trying to sell clean beast mode litterally, who ever or whatever that moderator name in that discord and falsely banned me f*çķ you guys, didn’t even let me get to show evidence or anything smh, worse service ever, not even up to date discord server, and couldn’t even provide proof cause a moderator wanted to just ban me just like that, 2 People wanted to accuse me of being scammer like hello? One scammed me but ended up getting his alt termed maybe main also, Trust issue people tho we get it but nobody is going first under your rules lmao I’ve been in marketplace for 4 years selling and dealing but literally getting accused of selling a clean beast mode like what? Are you jealous or broke? Lost the beast mode but for any reason do I care? no i don’t already quit Roblox so yeah lol, Been customer of ro.place for atleast 4 years and getting treated like that is crazy, ro.place management need to work on things and also heard they been through past scams or participated in some, really mainly their customers accusing and scamming YOU, staff isn’t well trained, they could be part of scamming also, but who knows what’s true only they know what they doing behind that friendly acting, so beware who you trade with, and who you buy off.

Took 3.5k from me, paid in BTC, stop replying to my emails, no refund, no credit to my account nothing.

Scammed me when I bought robux
When I went to buy 10000 of robux RO.Place scammed me and did not give it to me. They denied of any transaction taking place and said that I was wasting their time. DO NOT buy from here

I purchased Tentacles Junior for $98, once I sent the bitcoin I never recieved my item. I repeatedly messages support but recieved no response. This site stole my money and won't even respond to my support messages what a literal joke of a support team. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE you will lose your money and will not recieve any item you purchase.

RESPONSE TO REPLY: I have had a live support open for OVER A MONTH and the support person only responds about once a week with messages saying “they are still investigating it” or “i have bumped it with support team” i’m still yet to receive my money.

Cashed out my Telamon's Chicken suit using the business service that they provide. Overall the experience was great, the only issue I had was that it was difficult getting in touch with the staff members during the weekend but it's somewhat understandable. I rate it 4/5. Very great, but not perfect in my opinion

Buyer sent link to ro.place, traded items to a 'holder account', once the 7-day wait period was up, buyer blocked me and the discord banned me. (Middle man was the discord owner as well) DO NOT USE

Customer service sucks.
When I asked if I could recover my account because I forgot my username and for some reason you can’t login with just your email. The online support user by the name of “Captain” just told me to make a new account and gave me no other options.
