Best lock ever!!
Great lock, safe without the hassle of carrying heavy chains or other stuff around. If you have questions, Roadlok reacts quickly and clear. I recommend this lock to everyone. Installation is a bit of fiddling around, but after some tweaks here and there with bushes and washers, it fits perfectly!

Thanks for your review. We purposely do not supply security bolts. It doesn't add anything to the safety of Roadlok (if you undo the bolts, Roadlok is still locked).
It would make servicing the brakes much more difficult.

Great item. I've bought 2 to fit to my MV & Ducati. Watched a few fitting videos on You Tube and then fitted it to my MV. Took me 10 minutes, so easy.
It's a cracking piece of kit. Quality product.

Amazing product
Amazing product! Already installed on my bike! One little feedback - In the instructions, please add one more line on what kind of screw driver/ratchet heads are required for installation. Also my spacers did not have any labelling (A,B,C….). If you can fix these two, I am sure there is nothing else wrong.

Thank you for the suggestions. We'll add the sizes for the head / alan key to the manual.
With regards to the spacer sizing, there is a chart on the card that is supplied in the bag with the spacers. You can line up the spacers next to the chart to find the letters.
Based on your suggestion, we will add a clear instruction to this card in the manual.

That sounds about right for import duties and sales tax. An unfortunate consequence of Brexit.
However, we did not charge you sales tax on the order so that should've worked out to be roughly the same.

but on today's date the wrong order was delivered to me because it was black in color as in the attached photo, I therefore urgently ask for the replacement at your expense to collect the wrong color model from my address and replace it with the red model ordered. and I'm waiting for directions.

Quality issue
Great solution for locking the motorbike. Feels solid too, but locking / unlocking with the key does not work as expected. It is difficult to bring the key in the right position, it feels that it is the wrong key. Leaving me sometimes with fear that I can't unlock it anymore

Excellent service
Excellent service. I made a mistake when buying the product. Then I contacted Mr. Taco and the availability was total and immediate to resolve the situation. I received the refund. Mr. Taco was always available and always with a super collaborative attitude. Very very positive evaluation of the whole process. Unfortunately the product did not apply to my motorcycle.
