Maybe

Bought a set of fairings and racing screen, paid everything in full including shipment.
After waiting for 5 weeks and having cancceled two track days I got a call stating I was to pay another 140£ for shipment.

But they were going to meet me halfway, I refused... In the end I settled to pay an extra 45£ on top of the 15£ that was announced during purchase.

Upon delivery it seemed part of the order was missing, gave them a call and they squared it straight away
Missing part was on my doorstep within 2 days

All in all an average experience, I can only ask that you guys sort your web shop out to avoid extra shipping cost, or clearly state it in advance

I Have to start by apolagising for the delay on shipping your item, that was down to an issue from our supplier.
Secondly the price of shipping your item, again there seems to be a glitch in our system that allows customers to add items and go through the checkout procedure adding very minimal shipping costs to items, like this one “ fairings “ that come in very large boxes ... this is now being reviewed.
Again I can only apologise.

Excellent serice even went so far as to bring a sale forward a day so I wouldn’t miss out
