Absolutely first class service
Absolutely first class service. Straight forward and easy to order and delivery was rapid. The speakers I purchased ,(Focal) go perfectly with the other Focal speakers in my van. Great sound compared to the pioneer I had originally fitted. Bass doesn't distort.

Road Radio is unbelievably efficient. Called them for a few questions on a dash cam, they gave very detailed answers. Placed the order on Monday and received the product by Tuesday 10am!! Unbelievably fast and it's nicely wrapped! Even the courier they used was very good. Extremely good service with competitive pricing. Highly recommend!!

Good service overall and delivery was quick, can’t complain there. However, the JVC KW-M593BT radio I ordered has some major issues — the microphone quality is very poor with lots of echoing, and worse, CarPlay disconnects completely during calls and needs the USB cable unplugged and replugged to work again. Everything was installed correctly and otherwise works fine. Hoping this problem can be resolved.
