I came to Richard actually unaware of how serious my road charges were as the police didn’t inform me correctly at the time. It was a complex case and he was unbelievable. He made me feel at ease and his knowledge in road traffic is second to none. I honestly can’t recommend him enough. If anyone needs help or advice about a road traffic incident I wouldn’t hesitate to get in touch with him. Always only a message or phone call away to. I was acquitted but even if I wasn’t I would still be writing this. Outstanding lawyer and a very nice person.

Thanks to Richard and his team, the charge against me of driving without insurance was DROPPED by the Procurator Fiscal before it went to trial. After phoning another road traffic lawyer from Glasgow and explaining my case, I was recommended to plead guilty. I phoned Richard’s office, he explained very clearly the risks In proceeding to trial but also confident he could defend. From the reception to the other solicitors representing at preliminaries, the communication and service was exceptional. Then the trial…..Richard fought for me, not because it was his job but because he had a passion to win for his client. The fiscals case fell apart after Richard questioned the very first witness for an hour and pointed out every inconsistency within the officers story. Straight after questioning, the PF came back with “no case to answer.” Although my review here comes after being found not guilty, if it had gone the other way, my opinion of this man and his firm would not have altered and I would be here saying, he will fight your corner so skilfully and eloquently, that If Richard cannot win in your case, then even Harvey Spector wouldn’t have a chance. Richard knows what he’s talking about and can save your license when you thought u had no chance of saving it , walked into court on a dangerous driving charge that got dropped to a speeding charge with 5 penalty points for doing 60 in a 30 allowing me to keep my licence, I can’t thank Richard and his team enough

I don’t want to go into too much detail about the specifics of my case, but I was charged with what the road traffic police perceived as dangerous driving. I was extremely close to losing my license for a year and possibly having to do a re-sit. I had heard about Richard Freeman’s company and called him. He was an amazing lawyer from start to finish.
