I ordered from this site a month ago and still haven't received my clothing yet! They took $98.00 off my card the same day I ordered the clothes. After weeks have passed and I still haven't received my clothes I log in to my account and it states that the status is "unfulfilled"! This is not how you do business!!! I am calling my bank today to dispute these charges because this is definitely a scam. I have tried emailing them as well and no response, it even says that my email "haven't been read"... I know this is a scam!!! Don't shop here please!!!!

I ORDER TWO OUTFITS FROM THEM ALSO PAYING FOR NEXT DAY SHIPPING . THREE WEEKS WENT BY NO ITEMS SO I EMAIL THEM THEY CONTACT ME SAYING THEY DONT HAVE MY SIZE SO I KINDLY EMAILED THEM BACK SAYING I WANT A REFUND, SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SEEM TO BE A SCAM. THEY DIDNT RESPOND SO I MADE A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK AND I REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. DONT I REPEAT DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

This is company is fraud and a spam!!! I ordered from this company and didn't receive my order and didn't get a tracking or confirmation number! Its hard to get in touch with them and they never gave me my money back. I will be calling my bank to depute this charge and I will never visit there site again! If you don't want your money taken please don't order from this website!!!!!

This company is in the Phillippines somewhere. I sent an email after 1 week passed on my order. The page stated I would have shipping in 305 days, but 1 month later I was still looking for my Items.
A reply to my email stated that they WERE ON VACATION when I ordered and that I SHOULD BE PATIENT with them for they were not in the office at the time. I asked for a REFUND, was REFUSED because they said I DIDN'T ALLOW TIME after THEIR VACATION for them to Process My Order. I received my order in 2 separate shipments and items were in Plastic Bags, Rolled into a ball and Super Wrinkled.
You must order up to 2 sizes larger with the company. Cheap Quality clothing. You are warned from a Texas Gal. Look on other sites for the same items.

This is the worst site ever. I have never received my order!!! They are not easy to contact and no one has any answers.

When I asked if the pants shown on their Instagram picture were the actual pants that would be shipped to customers or if the ones shipped just looked similar, I was given a general answer that circumvented the question... I asked again if the model was wearing the pants that customers would be purchasing and they deleted my comment. I take it that the clothes that are pictured are not the actual clothes customers will be buying. Smh... Proceed with caution.

Had I read these comments I would have never ordered anything from this website I made purchase just over 3 weeks ago and still have not received my merchandise I'm reporting this website to the better business Bureau and see what can be done about them scamming people out of there money.😠😠

I bought a pair of trouser here last year and received exactly what I needed. I had to order for a red gown for myself...call it val gift to myself and like always, they came through. The gown looks effortlessly amazing. It was the right size and perfect for my height.

I ordered 11 outfits and was very dissatisfied. Their clothing is extremely poor quality. Some of the outfits that I ordered look like Halloween costume material. You can see through it. I'm 5'9" 145lbs. Every shirt and pants that I ordered was short on my legs and arms. They did not ship me out everything I ordered. To replace what I originally ordered they sent something else that I did not order in place of it. I have emailed them 4 times regarding a refund and I have yet to receive a response from them. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

They don't have items in stock and take forever to let you know! Additionally when you respond to the email they send you, no response smh. Give your money to a company that will get you the products in a timely manner and the actual products out ordered. Not forcing you to pick something else because they are sold out of what you wanted in the first place

This site is straight BS..I will never get anything from them again..No working number or email...Dont use this site...

THEY HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL THAT DOES NOT WORK - RECEIVED CONF OF PURCHASE & STILL NO MERCHANDISE

I order from this site almost a month ago. I have tried emailing them only ro find that the email address they gave with my conformation email is bogus. I then tried contacting them via the message option online to no avail. I am beyond livid!

I have place my order and know I haven't received no confirmation of my order status.. The email address that they have online.. No one has respond back to me.. Feeling real annoyed

I ordered merchandise from here and NEVER received it. Didnt get a response when i reached out to the company. Had to call my bank and dispute the charges to get my money back.

I ordered 2 items from them December 6 2016 and I have yet to receive my items I've tracked the items it says they were shipped from china December 14 I wanted the items for New Year's Eve me and another friend we both were really expected these outfits so I contacted them they told me to contact my local usps and to wait a little while longer nothing has came. I went through paypal filed a dispute so hopefully I get my money back will never order from them again!!! Complete rip off!!!
