The white open toe velour slippers arrived quickly and each pair was packaged in a separate cloth drawstring bag. These were purchased for our Airbnb to prevent slipping when walking from the outdoor tub back to the house. Threw them in the wash and they came out great. They'll be washed after each guest; not sure how long they'll last yet. But even if they last for only a few washings, it's a great guest amenity. We'll definitely reorder.

Good quality robes. Wish they had the same colors for kids as they do in the adult sizes. Would repurchase again.

I purchased the kids hooded bathrobe with customized embroidery for my granddaughter and she absolutely loves it, uses it every night after her bath. Wish I would have purchased it sooner. The quality is great and since I had a little trouble deciphering the kids sizes, it’s a little big, so should last her quite a while. Can’t wait to buy for the other grandchildren turned out to be a wonderful gift!!

Wonderful quality. It's hard to find the proper towel material fabric in bath robes. This company has the correct fabric. Fair price and fast delivery as well. My granddaughters love them and they're the perfect sizes.

I purchased the childs pink hooded bathrobe with custom embroidery. I had a bit of trouble deciphering the child size chart so it it ended up being a bit big but it is adorable. She loves it!! It turned out to be a wonderful gift and I plan on buying one for my other 3 grandchildren soon.

I recently ordered a long white terry robe and I’ve been very pleased with the quality and delivery. Now the robe was on sale for, I believe, $55. The quality was what I would expect for a terry robe around $60, given today’s over-inflated prices. I followed the guidelines as to size and believe their recommendations were correct. However were I to re-purchase, I would go up one size as I like robes to be a little more roomy. Having said that, the robe I ordered was in no way skimpy.

Easy to find the right robe, shipped quickly, and the robe was high quality material and build.

I ordered the wrong size at first and the company was great about the return and sending the correct size. The robe is lovely, warm and cozy and very absorbent.

I got the special robe for my granddaughter on time for Christmas. She has an unusual name and loved seeing her name on the purple waffle robe. She wore it over her clothes the rest of the evening.

The Robes are great, its hard to find a cotton/terry robe for littles,esp. one that can be personalized! The quality is Good, not excellent, could be thicker! The custom Embroidery is absolutely beautiful, I was very happy with the Cost of the robes, the selection and color choices Robematt had to offer!
The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, Customer Service and Navigating their Website were both bad and very frustrating. The website was freezing up constantly when I was putting in info for personalization of 3 Robes, I tried sending a message and calling customer service, after being on hold for aprx an hour... i left a voicemail for them to return my call, 2-3 hours later I tried for the 5 th time to place the order, and was finally able to do so!
One last thing the sizing chart.... it would be VERY helpful when they list sizes if they could add what a childs size S, M,L, and XL are equivalent to, For Ex: Size S=5-6 Size M= 7-8 etc.etc.
They give you ins. To measure arm, torso length etc... but my gd daughters do not live near me, and i Wanted to suprise the parents as well with these gifts! I spent over $40 a robe with the prrsonalization and was told once personalized they cant be returned, so it would be very helpful to have a number size next to the letter for size! All that being said, I would buy again! Delivery was quick , less then 10 days from the time I placed the order, and they were oackaged well! I cant wait for Christmas to give these to my 3 stooges. Lol

I ordered a few sports towels for working out. They arrived SUPER fast and are exactly what I needed. The material is very absorbant while still being soft. Will definitely order agagin!
