The shipping time was great! It was here before Christmas. I got it for my husband for Christmas and he loved it. I got his name on it. It was good quality and ver soft. I will order again.

I thought the robes were of a good quality for the price. One was too small and I was unable to return or exchange it because it had been washed. This was inconvenient, but I suppose understandable of a policy. Most retailers however will allow this just for customer satisfaction. This too small robe is essentially a waste of money.

Robe was just as described and delivered early. I am quite pleased with my purchase.

I ordered robes for my whole family for Christmas. They are wonderful. Soft and fuzzy. Monograms look great! And they came fairly quickly too.

The robes are nice and all cotton material (which is really hard to find in kids sizes). My kids love their robes and we use it after they shower or swim class.

I am still pending receiving my order placed November 16th. Timely order completion is a constant problem with this company.

I ordered a beautiful champagne colored silk kimono robe which was beautiful in style, comfort and design. Unfortunately it was too large so I sent it back and I’m expecting the next size down soon. A++ customer service! Thank you!!
