The pink robes I ordered were NOT pink. They are a grayish/purple color that is entirely different from the color on the website (it’s not even a nice color). Pretty disappointed and disheartened by that, as they are for my bridal party, and I bought pink slippers to match… now the colors are all wrong. :/

I had a great experience. Somehow we got the apt number wrong but the neighbor gave it to me when I went to get it. Love my robe.

My robes arrived fairly quick. The quality is amazing. I am very satisfied. Will definitely order again

Bad experience tried to return and because it was more than 30 days since the order was placed. I didn't get the robes till the beginning of February. I did return 2 robes, but he said they were marked exchange I didn't exchange I returned them. Then he proceeded to tell me I needed to check my e mail for the email that had the code in to get my exchange changed to a return I told him it wasn't in my email and asked if he could send again. He refused

The robes are nice. I'm being generous with my review because six monogrammed robes were ordered a month before Christmas for my grandkids and didn't arrive until after Christmas. I kept calling to get updates re: the order and was told the warehouse was busy with other orders and I could either wait it out or cancel. Customer service and shipping failed. I'll not be ordering from there again.

I can definitely say that RobeMart is top quality! I've been back three times & will be back again. Even the delivery time is superb. These robes make great gifts for family and friends. Dun't forget the slippers as well. Thank you many RobeMart!

I ordered 3 robes for my granddaughters. They all arrived within 1 week of ordering. Unfortunately one of the names was incorrect. Mistakes happen. I contacted Robemart and was in touch with Kristine. She was wonderful, I had the correct robe in my hands within another 5 days right in time for their visit. They were exactly what I was expecting and the girls are thrilled. Very pleased with the robes and customer service.

This robe WOULD FIT IF I weighed 400 pounds! I am asking for a return. This is unusable. Too much too big. WAY TOO BIG. PLEASE advise.

My order of four robes was lost in shipping. Robemart staff was polite, efficient and prompt to resend my order. The best feeling was to have them trust my word sending another immediately!

We ordered the robe as a gift and was pleased it came so quickly. Its beautiful and super soft. Just what we were looking for.

Shipping was extremely fast. Quality is great. Wife loves it. Ordered the lady’s hooded robe in Navy Blue.

Ordering was easy. Ordered for my grandson and he loved it. I bought my granddaughter the gray women’s engraved, she loved and so did he. It fit him perfect .

I am wondering where the real reviews are. Am I the only one that washed the robe before wearing it? I washed this thoughtful gift from my husband as the direction say and was so sad to see how much pilling there was. This beautiful robe lost all it's glory in one washing and before I got to wear it. It is soft and drapes nicely too bad I had to clean my washing machine, vacuum pills and spend so much time trying to get the pills off the robe.

Did my order online a terry cloth robe arrived fast and and on time. I love it and will be ordering again

Items are ok but received items late so they had to re send items. Embroidery was done wrong so they had to resend the correct item. Still waiting in it. Missing items on 2 different shipments. It was very disappointing.

I ordered a robe sm /med and your sizes are off I weight 135 and 5’6 and this size is to small I’m not a large person but I would need a large in your sizes
