WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER SEEN

More than 15 years, I have been a loyal customer of Robert Graham design company. The company was known for its high-quality products, fast delivery, and attentive customer service. I do not know what happened to them, but after my last order, my disappointment knows no bounds!
On December 21, 2025, I placed an order #561776 consisting of 7 pieces of clothing. The delivery address was specified in Dubai. My order was confirmed, and the payment was immediately deducted from my card. I did not receive any other messages or warnings regarding my order.
On January 2, 2026, the order arrived at the delivery address, but the recipient informed me that only one item, a T-shirt, was included in the package. I immediately contacted Robert Graham for clarification and was informed that the remaining items would be delivered in a separate package. To avoid any future issues or misunderstandings, I informed the seller that the recipient would be leaving Dubai on January 6, making it pointless to send the package after that date. However, the seller ignored my message. I wrote to the seller several times, requesting that they cancel my order and refund my payment, but my requests were also ignored. I hoped that even though my emails remained unanswered, my requests would be fulfilled. However, this did not happen. On January 14, I received a notification from DHL stating that the package from Robert Graham was being sent to Dubai. I then wrote to seller again, expressing my concerns and requests. The response was that the order had been shipped, and I would not receive a refund until the order was returned to the seller.
This approach on the part of the Robert Graham is simply unacceptable and outrageous! I believe that I did everything possible, but the seller did not show the slightest interest in avoiding such a conflict situation.
