Good experience

I was a bit worried reading the reviews. Esp as I bought a hoodie which was 90 percent off and free delivery. I was nervous as to what I would receive as it was too much of a cheap bargain with free international delivery on top of that. Im happy to say I love my hoodie and I cant believe I got such a discount in their sale and it arrived within the week from Italy to London. I cant comment on would have happened if I had to return it but luckily I got the size right.

Buyer Beware

I have ordered several items from them and received only 3 out of the 6, one of which came with a torn tag and I have sent everything back. They cancelled one and refused to refund my money stating the charge will fall off when it’s already clearly been processed on my account. The other 2 items they state are still processing weeks later. They have no customer service and are non responsive to emails. You will have to dispute through your bank or sue them and I plan to do both. They should not be able to get away with keeping your money without supplying the product. That is fraud. I will never purchase from them again. Hard to believe this is a luxury brand because they are clearly scammers.

Ordered from Roberto Cavalli during a promotional sale. The order was accepted and confirmed, only to be cancelled afterwards due to “unavailability.”

No real explanation, no attempt to honour the price, and no goodwill gesture — just a generic refund and a “final decision” response from customer service.

This isn’t about a refund — it’s about how customers are treated after a purchase is already confirmed. Selling items that aren’t actually available during promotions and then cancelling later is, at best, poor practice.

Very disappointing experience from a brand of this level. Customers deserve better transparency and accountability.

They cancelled my order and never issued a refund!!!! I don’t know how to contact them, I sent a few emails and never got a response!!! Their stuff is not cheap so it is a big deal!!!!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service…

Absolutely shocking customer service with highly incompetent and unprofessional members of staff who either choose not to reply to emails or provide convenient and unplausible excuses to serious queries. I waited for longer than a month to get a refund for a return having to write several times. They struggle to retrieve orders or match them to your name let alone, issue a refund.
One other dress arrived faulty with the strap detached. I signalled the fault and after being asked to provide several pictures, no more replies, conveniently.
If you want to avoid wasting money, don't order online from this company.

Very mixed impressions

Mixed impressions. Personally, it is much easier for me to communicate and purchase items in a physical store. As for the online store, I definitely do not recommend it to anyone who expects to receive their order on time and without delays.

In my case, delivery timelines were critically important. I relied on misleading information on their website, where they state that they “try to ship orders within 2 business days from the date of purchase.” The key word here is “try” 🤦🏽‍♀️, because they did not provide any specific or clear answers to my messages regarding shipping timelines.

My order was placed and paid for on January 5, 2026, and was actually received only on January 20, 2026. UPS performed perfectly and without any delays, so the issue was clearly not the courier. Please keep this in mind.

The second issue was my mistake of deciding to order from them again. On January 26, 2026, at 10:03 AM, I placed another order, accidentally choosing the wrong bag color. Less than an hour later, I contacted customer support and placed a new order with the correct color. I was informed that once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible and the only option is to wait for the item to be delivered and then return it.

That means I have to wait until they decide to ship my order, which takes up to two weeks, wait for the courier, and only after that can I return the item — even though it has not been shipped yet. Today is January 28, and it is already obvious that they will not meet their own stated 2-business-day shipping timeframe.

As for the bag itself, I have no complaints. It is a very ordinary bag without any special features, except for the large logo on the front. Overall, it is an average item that corresponds to its price of $250.

Therefore, be prepared that, at best, you may receive your order after several weeks rather than within the promised delivery timeframe.

Fraud with used shoes

I ordered 4 Pairs of shoes, they have sent a pair in 1 day and the other 3 never. the one pair of shoes that came was definitely worn with lots of marks,defects and signs of clear usage. They kept asking for pictures in order to resolve the matter, but nothing was done. Paypal have had to step in. this online store is a catastrophy and it really needs to get the authorities attention for mass fraud.

Awful service, unprofessional customer service

My recent experience with the Roberto Cavalli online store has been thoroughly unacceptable. I received the wrong item despite providing accurate order details, and the customer service team repeatedly requested additional photographs even after I had already supplied clear evidence of their mistake. Rather than resolving the issue efficiently, the process became unnecessarily time-consuming and unhelpful.

The delivery service was equally unsatisfactory. Most of my order has still not arrived, and one parcel was inexplicably delivered to a vape supply shop rather than to my own address. This level of disorganisation is astonishing for a brand that positions itself as a luxury retailer.
After checking online reviews, it is evident that these issues are not isolated. Many customers report receiving incorrect items, experiencing long delivery delays, and dealing with unprofessional customer service. Unfortunately, my experience reflects exactly the same problems.
Based on this, I will not be purchasing from Roberto Cavalli again. The service is shambolic, unreliable, and far below the standard expected from a premium brand. I strongly advise others to be cautious before placing an order. Also, I noticed there has been no response from customer service to any of the reviews. That should say it all. Disgraceful!

Extremely Disappointing Warranty Service – Not What You Expect From a Luxury Brand

I am truly disappointed with the customer service provided by Roberto Cavalli regarding a handbag that developed a clear manufacturing defect well within the legal warranty period.

After weeks of emails, sending photos in multiple formats, and answering repetitive requests, the final response I received was that I should repair the zipper at my own expense in a local workshop. This, despite the fact that the product is still under the mandatory legal warranty and that all Roberto Cavalli stores in Barcelona have closed—making it impossible to handle the issue through the original point of purchase as they insisted.

A luxury brand should stand behind the quality of its products, especially when the defect appears within the legally protected period. Being told to pay out of pocket for a manufacturing fault is unacceptable and goes against basic consumer rights.

I expected professionalism, responsibility, and support. Instead, I was met with delays, contradictory messages, and a complete refusal to take accountability.

This experience has strongly damaged my trust in the brand, and sadly, I cannot recommend Roberto Cavalli based on how they handle after-sales service and warranty claims.

Customer Service is an alien term for…

Customer Service is an alien term for this company. They just don’t care about their customers. Items don’t arrive, wrong items arrive, or items are delivered to the wrong location. Emails are rarely answered and when they are, they have a ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude. Do your online shopping elsewhere and save yourself a lot of hassle!☹️

Worst online shopping experience ever

Awful customer service did not respond to two emails. I ordered some trousers they were tiny and tried to return straight away. Did the online returns and got the paper work then ups said something was missing. So emailed them twice and no response. Just so glad was not to expensive purchase. Never again!

Bought a pair of trousers from RC. The item has never been delivered. UPS, their currier, has treated it as a missing parcel since 5th September. Requested them numerous time to issue a full refund . I wrote several e-mails and gave them many calls, to all e-mail addresses e telephone numbers, existing on the website, NO ANSWER !!! I will file a complaint with Italian authorities. This is absolutely unacceptable because they are practically stealing the money of the costumers and their customer support is a disaster. Avoid buying online from Roberto Cavalli !!!

Refund not received

Bought a dress, which was to small, returned it immediately, on 22.08. Requested them to inform me about the refund, wrote several e-mails, to all e-mail addresses, existing on the website, NO ANSWER !!!
No one cares, no one answers. Tried by the means of PayPal, same result. I will escalate this, with PayPal, but I will also file a complaint with Italian authorities. This is absolutely unacceptable because they are practically stealing the money of the costumers. Pity, because the products are OK, but the customer support is a disaster. Avoid, if you're not sure of the measures !!!

Please read the comments below before doing business with this company.
I purchased a shorts for my son to wear for his birthday. During checkout it stated that the shorts would be delivered on August 22.

After payment the delivery date changed to August 26. I had to travel and missed the delivery.

Upon my return I went to the service centre that UPS delivered the package and returned the package Immediately.
I contacted Robert Cavalli informing them of the return which I received a correspondence email. Roberto Cavalli received the package over a week now and I have sent several emails requesting an update on my refund to which the company has not responded.

Dreadful aftersales service for faulty shoes!

Hi,
I wanted to return some white slides ad there was a mark on them. Customer services asked me to send pictures which I did, and they stated the shoes had been worn. They mistakes definitely had not, I'd put pictures on here if allowed and yiu can judge for yourselves. Absolutely ridiculous level of post sales service. AVOID!!

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Roberto Cavalier. I returned an item over three weeks ago, and although the tracking shows it was delivered to their warehouse, I have still not received my refund. I have tried to be patient, but the delay and lack of communication are unacceptable. A refund should not take this long once an item has been received. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Worse than terrible customer service experience

I never dreamt I’d have to Google others’ experiences with this company, sadly too late now as, like many others here, my experience with contacting the company to try and send something back has been horrific.
I have sent numerous requests on the website, emails to customer services and other departments in the company, and phoned the London store but haven’t had a response from anyone.
The reason I can’t send the product back is because there is a fault with my online account, something I have raised with them previously but nothing has been done about it.
Now it all leaves a bitter taste in my mouth, I shan’t be putting myself through this again by ordering from them - if I could award zero stars I would.
