Lovely friendly service from Robert Allan, popped in to look at a Necklace, while I was there I enquired if a rinflg could be put back into shape? He did it there and then it looked fab and really shiny too ✨️ with no charge so kind,

Robert recently made my wedding ring and I’m so pleased with it, it’s beautiful. I wasn’t initially sure if my ring choice would suit my engagement ring, so Robert sent me a sample to try in the post, free of charge. Once Robert had made my ring, he kindly delivered it to my door.

Rob made my lovely engagement ring a few years ago, and has recently made our wedding rings. It was great to try on options and then he made them to our personal choices, one slightly different from the website. Would recommend.

Superb, professional and personal service. Robert goes out of his way, above and beyond for his customers. Not only that, but the end products are simply stunning. This recent purchase for an engagement ring was my third purchase from Robert over the years. Met him in person when he had his shop in Exeter many moons ago and he was always very pleasant and helpful.

Robert made my engagement ring and our wedding rings back in 2004. We were delighted with the care and attention to detail to make exactly what we wanted. In 2015 we purchased another ring which was made with the same care. The diamond in this ring came lose recently and Robert has reset it and polished it free of charge. This time we were not able to meet in person as he no longer has the shop in Exeter. However, the bespoke service with secure mail was swift and I would have no qualms about using it again. Can't recommend Robert's work highly enough.

I have now purchased an number of rings from Rob at different times. I have always found his jewellery to be of high quality and reasonably priced. His products in my opinion are far better quality and value than the high street retailers. Thanks Rob.

We are over the moon with our wedding rings and can't recommend Robert Price highly enough.

Robert came to our house to show us our options and let us try on some different styles. He also then delivered them to us at home. They are absolutely perfect and mean so much more to us than just buying off the shelf on the High Street.

Rob made our engagement and wedding rings 12 years ago. I arranged to meet him to get them cleaned and also to design a matching eternity ring for my wife. He bought samples, chatted about what I wanted and came up with a sketch over a coffee. The polished rings were returned looking immaculate via recorded delivery followed by the new ring which was exactly as I'd hoped. Brilliant service and communication throughout - I would thoroughly recommend

Had our wedding rings made by Robert 15 years ago. Just been back to have an eternity ring made. What further recommendation could I give?

Robert knows his stuff, he has so much experience in the creation of rings and he guided me through the process in terms that made everything very clear - a must for anyone buying an engagement ring!

I was able to define exactly what I wanted and Robert delivered. Important to note that you can't trust the quality of diamond without accreditation - part of the service that Robert provides as standard.

I approached Robert Price Jewellers, having used them for our wedding bands and engagement ring several years ago. Robert produced an exceptional eternity ring for my wife's 50th birthday in a timely manner and she was delighted with the ring as I gave it as a surprise at her party. Rob re-made my engagement ring that I had initially had made at another jeweller. It had broken twice in the past before I asked Rob to help.

The version Rob has made looks better than the original and fits with my other bespoke ring perfectly. He also advised me on why it had broken which was important to understand to hold the initial company accountable. His prices were less than half of the other jeweller and importantly, it has not broken since Rob re-made it!

We had a brief delay as Rob was not 100% happy with his first re-make, however he kept me fully informed of the process and the result was well worth the wait.
