Nothing made in customers interest…

Nothing made in customers interest everything every option it has to work in Robinhood interest the fees are insane when first start investing with Robinhood $126 sold one of my stacks the money just gone not in my wallet and did not go to my bank account if you chat or send massage you git tired finally you give up i decided to leave my $1500 in the account and forget about it's best to find different platform i can't tell you which one they will say he's working for the company that I'm recommending.

Unprofessional

Abrupt email saying I could not longer send or receive crypto. No reason stated. Would not respond to my request for details of TOS I may have violated. Good bye RH and on to another broker who works with their clients, not against them.

Hi Robinhood Team,

I’ve noticed that the display of uninvested cash and earned interest has been moved lower in the app interface. I really appreciated having that information shown at the top of my account overview — it was quick, clear, and helped me manage my funds more efficiently.

Would you consider restoring the option to show cash and interest at the top again, or allowing users to customize the layout? It would be a great improvement for usability and transparency.

I disputed a debit charge

I disputed a debit charge. 2 weeks later Robinhood froze my account. I informed Rrobinhood on 4 separate days that the charge was legitimate and that my wife has used my account. So far my account has been frozen for 8 days even though I informed Robinhood on the first day that the charge was legitimate. By the way while my account is frozen Robinhood uses my money to their benefit. These people are thieves.

Invest on as low as a dollar

Robinhood has allowed me to invest in both stocks and cryptocurrencies(my preference) i used to have to use a different service for my crypto investments and stocks until i found robinhood. as little as 1$ for a deposit and i can invest, so my spare change etc ends up on here making money for my future

If I could rate this bullshit company a zero I would! They are thieves…. I deposited money ($1,500) they supposedly gave me credit to use until my deposit came through. I bought stock for $955 within 24 hours, they waited 6 days to say my bank didn’t accept it, which in that timeframe I had been debited, they waited 24 hours from first notification which was 7 days after the credit had supposedly been applied and sold the stock I bought (that they charged me for) at a loss. They also sold additional stock I owned and then somehow I still have an acct in a deficit. It’s a scam! $1,500 transfers from my acct has now cost me $1500 plus $955 in stock plus 3.5 shares of additional stock which was also sold at a loss, plus $35.00 plus $69.00. Complete bullshit! Do not use this company! It’s impossible to speak to anyone and when you do they don’t give one shit! The amount of money they just scammed me out of is insane!

My experience with Robinhood has been…

My experience with Robinhood has been nothing short of frustrating. When I had an issue involving my own money, their customer support was completely unresponsive. I sent multiple emails, messages, and reached out on social media, but all I got were automated replies that didn’t solve anything.

Weeks went by without any real response — it felt like no one cared. I eventually had to get my lawyer, Claris’Firm•com, involved before Robinhood finally replied. The fact that it took legal intervention just to get basic help is ridiculous.

No one should have to hire a lawyer to get a company to do their job. I used to think Robinhood was convenient and user-friendly, but after this, I’ll never trust them again. Be careful — once something goes wrong, getting real help is almost impossible.

Be careful!!!

It’s easy to wire money into Robinhood, but a nightmare to wire it out. This makes it far too risky for high–net-worth clients. Wire transfers can be held for review for up to five days before you’re even notified—often by an automated message—that the transfer has been canceled by Robinhood.
Be aware: you may not be able to access or transfer your funds in time to meet important financial obligations.

Bad service

Honestly, I have never had such a frustrating experience with a financial company. I ran into an issue with my Robinhood account that should have been simple to fix, but getting help was impossible. I reached out to their customer support over and over again through emails, app messages, and social media, and all I got were automated responses that didn’t solve anything. It felt like no one was actually reading my messages.

Weeks went by without any real response. I was stressed and worried because this involved my own money, and Robinhood just didn’t seem to care. Eventually, I had to get my lawyer, Vy`tue LLP, involved, and only then did Robinhood finally reply. The fact that it took legal intervention to get basic customer service is just ridiculous.

No one should ever have to hire a lawyer to get a company to do their job. The whole experience left me feeling ignored and disrespected. I used to think Robinhood was convenient and user friendly, but after this, I will never trust them again.

If you are thinking about using Robinhood, be careful. Once something goes wrong, you might find out the hard way that getting real help is next to impossible

Yet again a football game on Thursday…

Yet again a football game on Thursday with no comeback. They’re betting up the winning team with no idea who is going to actually win. The chargers and Vikings game!!!! Come on! How did you know? How did you know? I’m on to you. Just like the people who got caught in the nba you shall get caught too!
The app is user friendly but an absolute joke! Robinhood just wants your money plain and simple. I advise to use any other platform for investing or whatever besides this pos app. I’m closing my account and moving on as well as many of you should follow. Company deserves to go bankrupt!

DO NOT USE ROBINHOOD

DO NOT USE ROBINHOOD, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A WOMAN!! The on-boarding customer services is an absolute joke! I was for some reason rejected although my hub was accepted right away. I was supposed to get an email of "Adverse Activity" but never received although they had my correct email as I got a welcome email and marketing emails. It took me 3 weeks of chats for them to tell me it may take a couple of months to get the "rejection email" and in the meantime I couldn't reapply. This was not just chats but emails as well. It was such a joke. There is absolutely NO customer service, you will NEVER be able to speak to a person. THREE weeks of me trying to bring them MY BUSINESS, this place is run by children.

No Connection for the trading day

It is not acceptable to have problems with a connection to a brokerage. I day trade so with current connection problems (ie no connection) for last 8 hours I can suffer severe financial loss. I cannot afford that.

They Put the ROB in ROBinhood.

I had $1,744.13 left in my Robinhood account from cash back from my credit card. I made it very clear that I was closing my Robinhood account and transferring to Interactive Brokers and Robinhood made up some BS fee to rob me of $4,835.05 on the way out. Worst company ever. They literally transferred over a negative $3k balance.

Hey guys check this out . I have been using them for some time, BUT lately THESE crooks making their app unavailable too often and for too long and then give me a pathetic piece of shit crap that was a due to a maintenance or technical issue.... what's going on????!
My money on their app.

These outages

These outages. This is not good. Yeah it's in the premarket stage but still. If these outages are going to stem over when the market opens I've already got a couple a of trading apps lined up and they don't glitch!🤨 Yes the debit card withdrawal feature is nice but what good is that when you can't get into the account to use that feature!😬 Either fix it or "get fixed!" I'll fix it myself.

Avoid Robinhood – terrible support and frozen funds

Robinhood froze my account and Gold credit card without warning, giving only a vague “review for unusual activity.” It’s been weeks with no explanation, update, or way to access my money. Support gives copy-and-paste replies, conflicting timelines, and false promises of follow-ups that never happen.

Their customer service feels completely unaccountable and dismissive — chats are ended mid-conversation, and escalation requests go nowhere. If you rely on Robinhood for daily spending or access to funds, be prepared for sudden freezes and silence.

I’ve filed formal complaints with regulators and encourage others who experience this to do the same. Robinhood seriously needs to fix its customer-support system and escalation policies before calling itself a reliable financial service.

Crooks!

Robinhood abruptly canceled my Gold card, claiming they couldn’t verify my identity—even after I submitted my driver’s license multiple times. I believe their credit card program was losing them money, so now they’re fabricating reasons to shut down accounts. Their app is glitchy, unreliable, and can cost you real money. Just read the reviews: countless users report the same issues. Customer service is virtually nonexistent, and when you do reach someone, don’t expect much help. This isn’t just poor service—it’s a shady operation. I pulled my money and walked away. Good riddance.

Do not use this brokerage

Do not use this brokerage. They are beyond terrible. You do not have a direct line to customer service. It is very difficult to talk to a person. And they constantly have glitches that affect market orders that can cost you serious money.
