Always a pleasure to shop at Robinson's, lovely shop,super staff.

Great shop in a beautiful town, fantastic choice of clothes and stuff that were very attentive

Friendly, helpful staff BUT clothes were not properly folded and had to be taken out of the bag and folded when got back to the car

I wouldn’t recommend
I rang spoke to the owner about a pair of sandals I bought last summer as one the straps is coming away she was too busy to talk to me and told me to contact the supplier. I advised no it wasn’t up to me to call the supplier it was up to her as I bought them from her shop. She asked me to email her and send photos. I done this 3 times with no response I’ve also rang the shop 7 times leaving messages with different members of staff explaining what has happened . Still she has not responded . Terrible customer service

Lovely to see stock and layout of store changing regularly. Makes shopping an exciting experience.
The owner and staff are such lovely people, never fail to find a moment to chat and make you feel welcome despite being busy with other customers and sorting out stock. Still my favourite shop in Northumberland.

Love this shop! Always super friendly and usually find what I’m after.
Recently bought a waterproof coat (hadn’t been able to find one that I liked in the outdoor shops but there it was in Robinsons… and it is 100% waterproof… been tested in Ireland!).

I love the mum and son add.i don't get how anyone upset.it a mother and son in there home laughing.all because he beening silly in school.for god sake can you not see the good side.i have laugh with my son like that.i love it as my son 23 and took me back in time.best add love it.dont take things so bad.it a moment with her child.

The staff are friendly and helpful without pressurising you to buy. If you ask for advice they are willing to give their opinion on shoes, clothes etc that you are interested in as well as informing you about new stock that is coming to the shop.

The young lady was very helpful in locating the colour I wanted in the Roker bag/backpack collection.

The best place for Jellycat the staff are always so lovely and friendly nothing is too much for them they are always happy to help with a smile of their face and they have lots of Jellycat!
