52 days since installation and the inverter has never worked contacted robinsun by email and WhatsApp multiple times nothing, looks like we're going to have to get legal

We ordered the solar boiler kit and were excited to receive it, as my husband did a ton of research and it looked like just what we wanted. Unfortunately, we discovered that we need a new roof before we can install the panels, which we can't afford right now. So the day after we received the kit, we had to send it back. It was depressing, but the staff on WhatsApp and via email were so so helpful and friendly and we were refunded the full amount after the shipment got back to the warehouse. ¡Gracias Milagro y Frida! xx

The shipment is now 6 weeks late. They answer emails once in 3 weeks. They say that DSV has lost the shipment, but that company says, that they haven´t got the shipment from Robinsun. I am thinking, when should I contact credit card- company to get my 1450e back.

I bought a TSUN Micro Inverter from Robinsun. All went really well for the first 10 days until the inverter failed. I contacted Robinsun asking for a replacement or a refund. I was referred to TSUN and they took me through extensive and rigorous testing procedures, disconnecting the PV's (on the roof of the house) and reconnecting time and again (5 times), uninstalling the reinstalling the app, sending photographs and videos etc. Eventually (some 2 weeks later) TSUN admitted that the inverter was at fault and instructed Robinsun to send out a replacement. No one should have to do this after just 10 days of use. The inverter should have been replaced within days of my complaint and request. Now people may say this was TSUN who made my life difficult but my purchase contract wasn't with TSUN but with Robinsun who offered a guarantee period of at least 12 months.
