Super happy with this solution. Was using Brita filters before, but would always forget to change the filters.
Robi is a lot less hassle. No plastic bottles, no filter changes every month and very good tasting water. Our tap water did not taste well.
Fairly easy installation. I also had a very pleasant and super responsive interaction with customer support.

We could not be more happy with this solution for our water needs. Living in Ixelles, our water used to be full of calcium and had a strong chemical taste which is now fully gone. No more lugging of water bottles.No more plastic. No drilling or additional water taps required. The price is more than fair. I have been advertising this thing to all of my friends. It's been more than three months that we use the system, and it functions perfectly well.
