Moderation is awful. My child got his account banned for no reason

This platform is amazing. So much new gaming opportunities, and many opportunities to make friends. The community is nice and the games actually are better than some of the real ones outside the platform. The game is actually worth your time playing and you can actually go on roblox studio and make your own games.
The only they could improve is their moderation system, It does usually ban people for no reason but if you are indeed careful, you should be fine for the most part. That's it for my review. Thanks for reading!

so roblox has the worst moderation

the platform its self is fantastic. there is a large amount of games avalible for free. however, the customer service department is total rubbish. ROBLOX deleted my old main account for inappropiate behaviour as i used a free model in studio which was inappropiate. the model wasn't even mine yet roblox still deleted my account. i contacted support to reactivate my account and they rudely refused to do so, so i was left out of pocket.

Alright, Listen up there is a bunch of people saying that Roblox is bad. It is an Amazing website for your kids, Mainly because of Roblox Studio. Where you can build and code your own games! But just like any platform, there is some stuff you may need to know before letting your child access. Number one, Chat. The chat feature on Roblox is for users who want to talk with there friends on a virtual platform. The chat has some goods and some bads! Mainly goods, now if you are worried about people swearing in the chat don't worry! Roblox has a feature called "Hashtags" it cuts out swears in whatever sentence you are saying. The next thing I need to tell you is about the "Games" section of Roblox. There are over millions of games, but Roblox is for all ages. So I would make sure you check with your child on what games they are playing. That's mainly it! I enjoy Roblox and I hope you have fun too. (Oh and Roblox has some in game purchases where users can spend Real Life Money for specific games. (Not all) If you would like your child to not specifically buy these, You can make sure that they don't click anything that costs money. And if they accidently click it do not worry! Just click cancel.

Some games on roblox are banning you for no reason.. maybe it could be a few bugs on roblox games or maybe it is the rules of the game.

Ok well you may think I am a bot but roblox is fun! Sure moderation needs some fixing but there's so much to do. The one flaw is that robux is expensive

Accused my 8y old that he created game on Studio to scam people (!?) and deleted his account in minutes after a creation. No straight forward answer what was the cause of ban, just copy/paste answers.
I will never pay anything again as Roblox Customer Support is zero star.
I was waiting two weeks for reply to get this generic answer:

Absolutely shocking! My 12 year old daughter has only recently felt comfortable enough telling me about some of the things she has encountered on this game. People acting out s*x acts and private chatting with kids. Whilst the creators try to ban anyone participating, they do absolutely NOTHING when a parent asks for support to see what it is their child has actually been exposed to, all they will tell you is that there was adult content, no advice on whether there has been any private chat with other players, what the content was or whether personal information has been shared. Let your child play on this game at your own risk because there doesn’t appear to be anything in place to help parents of children who have been exposed to things they are uncomfortable to talk openly about.

Awful company, someone logged into my daughters account and made trades of items she has spend ages getting. Reported it to Roblox and they said nothing they can do and practically accused her of making trades and then trying to get them back. I now have a very upset child. Her ipad automatically locks at time I have set and the trades were made when the ipad was locked and in mu possession. Told them this but they just don't care.

As the normal with these multi million pound outfits there's no chance of ever talking to a human via phone!!!

Graphics are not good. The layout of Roblox is alright. The chat system is not filtered well at all. Games are alright. I think roblox has not really changed at all since 2018.

My daughter brought a roblox card with her birthday money. It did not upload no help from there customer service team.

You won’t have to pay 💰 for the app. Parents let your kids have this game it will be their best entertainment. You can be any age to play this game even 50!!!

Yo hands down, this is a amazing app for your kids and for enjoyment, you can play this at any age even if your 99. Robux is really cheap and the best part, ITS FREE. I know you people are saying there are guns and swords but you tell me how else are ya supposed to lose! Roblox really earnt my respect and thats why I give it a 5/5!
