I joined Robly when they were just starting out. Switching from Constant Contact to Robly was a leap of faith to be sure, but it has proven to be a great business decision. With pricing and customer service that beats CC hands down, I am glad I did it. I was concerned that their attention to customer service would go by the wayside as they got larger, however their excellent customer service has remained impeccable. Their template selection is superb and UI is easy. Look forward to seeing what comes next for them (hint....add texting integration!)

I was apprehensive to make a change from the "big" competitor, but Robly made the switch super easy. The program format is dummy-proof and easy to use. The best part, we saved ALOT of $$ switching to Robly. My favorite part is their customer service. One Friday afternoon I accidentially deleted a significant portion of my contacts, they answered the phone and restored the data for me!

Robly, is the cheapest and most convenient way for small business owners to send daily, weekly, monthly newsletter and e-marketing to their clients. Ive been using it for years now and have tried the others and they don't compare when it comes to price friendly UI. Thanks Robly for being the greatness you are.

I switched to Robly when they were in their infancy stage. They have done a great job growing into a reliable company without forgetting their customers. I am happy with their product and will continue to recommend them.

We switched from Constant Contact to Robly about 2 years ago. It made a huge difference in our business, open rates and sales.

I've tried just about every emailing service out there... and we send a TON of email (at least for us that means about 200,000 pieces of email per week). During the last three years I've found Robly to be very reliable with delivery and the few times problems have come up they are extremely responsive. Not just over some email chat system... but with real people... on the phone... who speak english as their first language!!! Hat's off Robly... you just hands down do a great job!

The service and responsiveness has been phenomenal. Number 1, problems are nearly non-existent and number 2, if they do occur, the support staff just takes care of it. It is the way everything should work.

I have been using Robly now for quite a while. I love the templates that enable me to keep my newsletters fresh. I also love the ability to get help when I'm stuck on some technical issues. I think I signed on with them when they were just starting out. No point in going anywhere else.

After switching to Robly from CC, we will never use another. Better Service - Hands down. Better Pricing - Definitely. Better Features - Absolutely. (Open Gen is great!) No brainer on who to use for your email marketing.

When Robly called and asked if I would like to switch from our current provider, I wasn't sure. I was happy with our service provider. But I gave Robly a try, and after a month-long trial, I decided to switch.

Their pricing is better than the service we were using, which helps me stretch my few marketing dollars. The OpenGen technology has definitely improved my open rates. The custom template they created to match our branding and website is gorgeous. Best of all, it's easy to use! :)

I switched over from Constant Comment a few years back and am very happy with my choice. Great service at lower pricing which makes a big difference in my small business.

I am very pleased with the email services provided by Robly. Their templates are easy to use and intuitive. I especially appreciate the Open Gen feature which re-emails only the contacts that have not yet opened the first email.

This company is a terrific multi media advertising company and super affordable.
