Amazing to deal with! Paul has gone out of his way to sort some normal wear and tear maintenance issues - aging drive belts - with my 4-5yo Blue Swimmer II.
She still works perfectly - a great strong pool cleaner - and being able to source spares readily and immediately from this company is a huge reason to buy from them.
They are real people living in Australia who run a very professional outfit.

We’ve had the Blue Swimmer II pool cleaning robot from Robot Zoo for five years now, and it has been outstanding. It’s simple to use, consistently reliable, and does a great job keeping our pool clean. On Paul’s advice we choose the foam roller model due to the smooth beadcrete surface in our pool.
Even after five years, the battery life is still excellent, which speaks to the quality of the product.
On top of that, on the rare occasions it has been needed, the service from Paul and Robot Zoo has been absolutely first class — responsive, helpful and professional.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a dependable pool robot and great customer support.
