Rob provides amazing personalised service - way above and beyond what you would normally expect from a web-host. He really knows his stuff, and was incredibly helpful advising us when we had some issues with our database. He helped us diagnose the problem, and then talked us through numerous backups and restorations and was always available at all hours. He feels more like part of our extended business team than just a web-host! Incredible commitment to his customers. We have other web-sites with large hosting companies but are now moving all to Robtec. Great value, and awesome service.
