-Intro-
I spend 2,700 for a new dining table and 6 chairs.
I waited 6 months
I got the wrong table (Rectengular instead of Oval)
There was no coating on the table which i payd for.
And i got 6 used chairs which most likely were used chairs. 2 of them couldn't be assambled because of missing screws/turning device.

-Communication-
Very very bad communication between company, supplier and customer. like i don't hear anything at all after you pay them. You really have to give them so many calls until they finally pickup or send them allot of E-mails (especially to the owners). They have a bad communication with the supplier for the chairs and with the supplier for the table because appareantly the supplier for the chairs didn't make the chairs anymore and the supplier for the custom table created the wrong size/dimensions.

Lets start with the table.
I got a call frome one of the 2 owners that my custom table was faulty.
They opened the box in their workplace and appareantly the supplier made a mistake making the wrong dimensions for my table. It was supposed to be oval and not rectangular. How is that even possible?? Fine.. He was really pissed of and showed me that he was going to fix it by ordering a new one. He asked me if i could try this table for the meantime so that i have a table i can sit at. And if i liked it i can keep it instead. I received the table and i actually liked it more. But there was no coating. I could swipe my hand on the table and it didn't feel soft at all. No coating. The table looks very professional and expensive. I have it stil in my dining room and it looks very nice. Quality wise, it looks good and it works but don't stand on it because it wil break (Maybe?) i placed new coating on it myself.
The Chairs!
Oh boy where do i start??
Why would you give 6 used chairs and 2 of them without screws and a turning mechanisme??
Appareantly the supplier didn't make new ones anymore so Robustiek Wonen tought lets give this guy a few used chairs instead maybe he won't notice.. Wel. i did notice. I called them and made a whole thing about it. I screamed i want my money back!! This is crazy. They tried to calm me down and wanted to fix the problem. They had some other chairs in their storage which looked better. So i wanted those instead. But these chairs didn't had the turning mechanisme. Eventually i tought you know what you can have it all back. I went to their place and they gave me 2 turning mechanisme and screws for the 2 chairs that couldn't turn in the first place. I went home and tried to install the 2 turning mechanisme. Appareantly they gave me the wrong turning mechanisme because it belonged on a different chair.. Oh my god wil this ever end? I called them while they were dining out. I said i want my money back! They tried to calm me down again. I said NO! You can pickup the chairs. They said fine we wil schedule a return. They picked up the chairs and i got my money back the day after.
Quality of the chairs were very bad. Worn out and looked used. Not worth the money i payd for.

-The ending of my review-
- Half of their staff left.
- They don't pickup the phone.
- They don't answer their e-mail.
- I visisted them many times and heard allot of bad story's about them frome the other companys in the same building. Always the same problems with delivery and communications, the also frequently fire their staff for some reason. Its a wonder they are still in business. I wish i had known this sooner.
After 6 painfully stressing months i finally had my money back.
I asked for a compensation for the wait time/bad products and the trips i had to make to pickup the chairs/screws etc myself. They didn't want to pay me any money at al to compensate. And i only asked for like 25 euro's which is not even enough for what i really deservered.
They finally said fine we give you 25 euro's but they never did. It has been another 5 months and i got nothing.
If you have read this review i can only recommend you to go somewhere else.
PS: Your reaction on my review, i did receive used chairs, i did say i got my money back frome the chairs, allot of your employees did leave the company. Maybe not fired but there was a big decline in employees for a reason i dont have to know. You did promise me to give me 24 euros back. "Dat is goed, ik zal de laatste 24 euro deze week proberen over te maken. Grt Rick" but i never got it. i am a very VERY patient customer but so many things went wrong that i cant write anything positive about it. Saying "we know clearly what my intentions are with my review" is childish.
