Are these fake reviews?!? Except the 1 stars / 2 stars / 3 stars

!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE !!

-Intro-
I spend 2,700 for a new dining table and 6 chairs.
I waited 6 months
I got the wrong table (Rectengular instead of Oval)
There was no coating on the table which i payd for.
And i got 6 used chairs which most likely were used chairs. 2 of them couldn't be assambled because of missing screws/turning device.

-Communication-
Very very bad communication between company, supplier and customer. like i don't hear anything at all after you pay them. You really have to give them so many calls until they finally pickup or send them allot of E-mails (especially to the owners). They have a bad communication with the supplier for the chairs and with the supplier for the table because appareantly the supplier for the chairs didn't make the chairs anymore and the supplier for the custom table created the wrong size/dimensions.

The dining table.
Lets start with the table.
I got a call frome one of the 2 owners that my custom table was faulty.
They opened the box in their workplace and appareantly the supplier made a mistake making the wrong dimensions for my table. It was supposed to be oval and not rectangular. How is that even possible?? Fine.. He was really pissed of and showed me that he was going to fix it by ordering a new one. He asked me if i could try this table for the meantime so that i have a table i can sit at. And if i liked it i can keep it instead. I received the table and i actually liked it more. But there was no coating. I could swipe my hand on the table and it didn't feel soft at all. No coating. The table looks very professional and expensive. I have it stil in my dining room and it looks very nice. Quality wise, it looks good and it works but don't stand on it because it wil break (Maybe?) i placed new coating on it myself.

The Chairs!
Oh boy where do i start??
Why would you give 6 used chairs and 2 of them without screws and a turning mechanisme??
Appareantly the supplier didn't make new ones anymore so Robustiek Wonen tought lets give this guy a few used chairs instead maybe he won't notice.. Wel. i did notice. I called them and made a whole thing about it. I screamed i want my money back!! This is crazy. They tried to calm me down and wanted to fix the problem. They had some other chairs in their storage which looked better. So i wanted those instead. But these chairs didn't had the turning mechanisme. Eventually i tought you know what you can have it all back. I went to their place and they gave me 2 turning mechanisme and screws for the 2 chairs that couldn't turn in the first place. I went home and tried to install the 2 turning mechanisme. Appareantly they gave me the wrong turning mechanisme because it belonged on a different chair.. Oh my god wil this ever end? I called them while they were dining out. I said i want my money back! They tried to calm me down again. I said NO! You can pickup the chairs. They said fine we wil schedule a return. They picked up the chairs and i got my money back the day after.
Quality of the chairs were very bad. Worn out and looked used. Not worth the money i payd for.

-The ending of my review-
- Half of their staff left.
- They don't pickup the phone.
- They don't answer their e-mail.
- I visisted them many times and heard allot of bad story's about them frome the other companys in the same building. Always the same problems with delivery and communications, the also frequently fire their staff for some reason. Its a wonder they are still in business. I wish i had known this sooner.

After 6 painfully stressing months i finally had my money back.
I asked for a compensation for the wait time/bad products and the trips i had to make to pickup the chairs/screws etc myself. They didn't want to pay me any money at al to compensate. And i only asked for like 25 euro's which is not even enough for what i really deservered.
They finally said fine we give you 25 euro's but they never did. It has been another 5 months and i got nothing.

If you have read this review i can only recommend you to go somewhere else.

PS: Your reaction on my review, i did receive used chairs, i did say i got my money back frome the chairs, allot of your employees did leave the company. Maybe not fired but there was a big decline in employees for a reason i dont have to know. You did promise me to give me 24 euros back. "Dat is goed, ik zal de laatste 24 euro deze week proberen over te maken. Grt Rick" but i never got it. i am a very VERY patient customer but so many things went wrong that i cant write anything positive about it. Saying "we know clearly what my intentions are with my review" is childish.

Beste Koert,

Als ontevreden klant heb je alle recht om jouw beleving als klant in een review te plaatsen. Gelukkig gebeurt dit ons niet vaak... Maar nu moeten we toch even reageren. Een review met een kwade opzet die vol staat met onwaarheden.

Allereerst is het vervelend dat je in het begin de verkeerde tafel hebt gekregen. Zoals ieder bedrijf kunnen er bij ons ook fouten worden gemaakt. Daar balen wij dan natuurlijk ontzettend van, maar we doen er wel alles aan om dit op te lossen.

Dit hebben we ook met jou gedaan, en ook jij was in eerste instantie blij met deze oplossing en je tafel staat nog steeds naar volle tevredenheid bij jouw thuis als ik me niet vergis?. Je vergeet ook compleet te vermelden dat je een groot gedeelte van je bedrag hebt teruggekregen omdat je uiteindelijk de stoelen niet wilde. Dit waren overigens zeker geen tweedehands modellen.

Maar deze review is kwaadwillend en onwaar. Helft van ons team ontslagen? Nooit bereikbaar per telefoon en e-mail? Allemaal aantoonbare onwaarheden waarmee je een bepaald beeld wilt neerzetten. Ik heb persoonlijk met jou contact gehad en heel veel energie gestoken in een goede oplossing. Ook in de late avond en in het weekend was ik bereikbaar voor je en nam ik de telefoon op. En als ik niet gelijk kon opnemen belde ik je netjes terug.

Het is duidelijk wat je intenties zijn met deze review. En dat allemaal omdat je 25 euro terugeist terwijl je al het volledige bedrag van je stoelen hebt teruggekregen. Wij hebben het altijd moeten hebben van mond-op-mond reclame en mooie reviews. Maar naarmate je groter wordt, is het ook duidelijk dat je niet iedereen tevreden kunt stellen.

Maar een review enkel omdat jij wilt dat een bedrijf kapot moet omdat jij je zin niet hebt kunnen afdwingen zegt meer over jezelf.

Erg jammer.

Poor information about shipment, very long waiting time

When you place an order then you immediately receive a email from the transport company that the item will be shipped. But that is not the case, if you read the order confirmation realy good than you know that the order is not processed at all ! Very strange to act like this. Further you do not receive any information about the progress of the order. And out of the blue you receive an email that the order is shipped. You have no time at all to react if the shipmend does not suits you. So as in my case. And the item was damaged during transport (poorly packed). If I should use the product for what is it supposed to do then I had a problem. But I needed only a part of it and I could leave the damaged part.

I had the need to treat the table with…

I had the need to treat the table with products myself as after spending 770€ the table came badly filled on holes and cracks, looked foggy and already looked old and untreated. For that high price and having to have to help the courier (that arrived 2h after the expected) do the job he is paid for and alone he could not bring the table inside, I certainly expect the table to meet the expectations as seen online, or at least care/professionalism into making a product. Specially after waiting around 2 months, give or take, for it.

EDIT: After speaking with the owner, we came to a price compromise, as he wanted to ensure I was a happy customer.

Best customer service ever

I still didn't get my order, but, honestly the customer service deserve more than only 5 stars.
When it was a problem, they tried to solve it asap, and kept in communication till they help me.
Thank you so much, and I know I will reorder in this company again :)
