I was literally playing a bonus, I had over $800 dollars in my account. Went to fold laundry, came back..my account was at zero. ZERO… live chat was a joke, got the complete run around. Was even told twice to contact them later as the department looking into it was so busy. I understood you lose all active bonuses upon a withdrawal request. I was offered a bonus offer AFTER my withdrawal. No one will deal with it or give me an answer. So they literally STOLE $50 from me. Not to mention over $750 in play out money. Unbelievable…
