These shoes are genuinely beautiful, and I had high hopes for them. Unfortunately, after only 5 wears with careful use, the leather at the toe cracked and the woven edge began lifting from the sole.

I contacted customer service promptly, but after several exchanges they maintained this was normal wear — not a defect. For shoes priced at over NOK 4,000, that is not a satisfactory response.

I wanted to love these, but I cannot recommend them at this price point.

My niece got 2 pair of shoes
She lives close to Venice . So the shoes went back to Italy, where they are been made.. she is happy and proud, she said... best Shoes ever And comfortable to walk.

I am very disappointed. I have to admit that I expected much more quality than these shoes have shown, especially when the price is taken into account.
Roccamore has a bad complaints policy. Even if there is a clear leather fault, you cannot return the shoe.
Avoid buying shoes from Rocammore. It doesn't pay.

Roccamore har dårlig reklamation politik. Selv om der er klar læder fejl, har man ikke mulighed at returnere skoen.
Ungå at købe sko fra Rocammore. Det betaler sig ikke.

I bought a pair of Roccamores in August just before a wedding - they got damaged during the wedding and I could not be happier with customer service and the free first repair service that was provided.
Shopping experience was top notch and the repair took only a week.
Definitely recommend the brand to anyone!
Not to mention the shoes are ridiculously comfortable once broken in! And speaking from someone who bought them a week before a wedding party and managed to enjoy the party and dance whole wearing them all night!

Believe it! High heeled shoes that are both beautiful, stylish and (wait for it...) comfortable to walk in for hours on end. Yes it's true!

This is a really cool and still not super well known brand. The mostly leather and suede shoes are handmade in Italy using some of the best fabrics that the super luxury houses use. The various models come in limited editions, so you need to be quick if you want to secure a pair in your favourite colour and the right size.

I just love Roccamore and couldn't recommend the product and brand highly enough.

I bought a pair online in December 2019. The delivery was fast. The shoes are beautiful and in high quality.

The website has a "fit finder" that helps you find your perfect fit - but since I don’t wear heels often, I still had a hard time figuring out that size I need. So, I still prefer to try on shoes before I buy or to have some personal guidance from one of the shoe professionals - which btw, they offer during the lock down currently going on. This is a great initiative!
