Despite ordering 3 pink chais, 1 karak chai, and a kunafe cheesecake, I was dismayed to find upon arriving home—a 35-minute drive away—that I had been given the wrong cake. When I contacted the store to rectify the mistake, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses from a staff member named Sayeed. Despite explaining the inconvenience I had already endured, I was simply told to return to the store to collect the correct order. Following Sayeed's advice to order through UberEats, I was further frustrated when I discovered I had been misled into paying for unnecessary items and additional fees, amounting to a total loss of £10.45. Despite my repeated requests to speak with the manager, I was met with indifference and excuses. This lack of accountability and professionalism from the establishment is truly disheartening. I am adamant about receiving a full refund for the incorrect order and additional expenses incurred, as well as a formal apology from management.
