Considering that every item has its own sizing there really should be the ability to return items for something other than store credit

A+ all around, great merchandise.

Fast delivery and great product although I didnt see the detentions anywhere and had to guess what size it might be and it ended up being small.

I received the wrong item by accident, the support team was so helpful (and they sent me a hilarious email to boot). I wouldn't hesitate to order from rock.com again, they're awesome! Oh, and both the correct and incorrect items were of great quality.

Very good products, excellent variety, customer service is very understanding and kind. I will definitely be shopping from here often for all my band merchandise.

Overall a decent experience but a few headaches during the process. Listed below by severity.

1. Ordered 2 Large T-shirts. 1 fits like a large and the other fits like an XL. Hopefully it'll shrink.

2. Once USPS got my order to Canada, they handed it off to Canada Post to deliver it to me, but I was never told this or given a new tracking number, so I thought the package was lost or stolen for the 11 days between it leaving Vancouver and arriving in Ottawa.

3. My order shipped on the 18th but didn't appear on USPS tracking till the 23rd, contacted Rock.com Support to confirm it had shipped and was told to contact Merchandising with all my order information, which I had already included in my first email.

4. It took 19 days from the day of shipping till today (August 18th-Sept 5th) to receive the order. I know they cannot guarantee a delivery date. Even Amazon is late sometimes, but the international shipping policy on Rock.com lists 4-8 business days. Took more than double the listed time for my order.

Never received my order. They did refund my purchase immediately after the appropriate amount of time stated in their guidlines.

Have made several purchases on Rock.com and the products are high quality and the shipping was extremely fast! Best place to order music t-shirts and merchandise!
