I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. I needed a service on both mine and my wife’s Giant e-bikes. From the first phone call to enquire, they were polite and helpful. Booking the bikes in was a piece of cake. The pleasant surprise was that the guys only quoted for what was necessary. No upselling or doing things just for the sake of it. A call to advise what needed doing and authority to proceed. Work was quickly done and when I went to collect, Damian explained everything that was done and advised on things to be aware of for the future. All replaced parts were handed back and Damian even wheeled the bikes to the van with me and offered to help load them. Excellent service from start to finish and at a fair price! Thank-you guys, I’ll be back.

Brilliant, can’t fault them. Just bought a bike from there, had one to try for a day, so helpful, friendly and professional.

My partner and I have been on the hunt for ebikes. Chris was brilliant as were other members of the team. He gave us excellent advice on the best type of bike for our needs. He never put us under pressure and worked to our timescales. Ultimately after test riding a few bikes Chris made us aware of a new model and the benefits of it. The first one has just arrived and we’ve purchased it. Chris is working with the rep to source the other bike asap. Very impressed with the way everything has been handled and looking forward to some quality trail riding. Keep up the great work team R&R.

The staff here couldn’t be more accommodating when I went in to choose a new bike. I narrowed it down to one that I could afford and liked the look of. I was able to take it for a test ride.
Then I saw another make and model so they built up one for me to try out the next day, which I did and chose to have the first one 😀. Top service, thanks guys.

New Bike Sale

Chris at Rock and Road Yeovil was very helpful throughout the sales process. He arranged to get a demo bike in for me to test ride and provided an alternative higher specification bike for me to try as well. He handled the test ride process very well, even when presented with a couple of challenges getting the bikes rideable. He went above and to ensure I was able to give the bikes a proper test.

He provided all the information to facilitate the sale but didn't pressure me in any way. The pick up process when the bike was available was straightforward and again the necessary information was provided in a clear manner.

Amazing service, clearly a desire and passion to deliver the best standards. I felt Chris was genuinely interested in helping me make the right decision and made the purchase process a pleasure, I would recommend him to anyone who needed any advice or support in finding the right bike for them. You won’t be disappointed!!

Very poor.
Unable to repair Giant e bike after some 4,5,or even 6 weeks, I cant remember. I'm told the bike is too old-2015 model, really? If that's the case then stay away from Giant bicycles. No sophistication to their fault diagnosis, ie, order a new part from Holland and see if it works!
To top it off, I was charged £15.00 I will be taking this matter further- trust me.

Chris in Yeovil was extremely professional, helpful, friendly and listened to all my queries and doubts patiently. Answered everything which made me feel very comfortable buying my bike, lights and helmet. Can’t wait to get in the road!
