Rock and roll collectibles started out as an Instagram account showing my personal collection of wrestling, horror and music figures. When I was a child I had all of the WWF figures and regrettably got rid of them. When going to toy stores in Las Vegas and finding some of those figures I used to have as a kid it bought back the love I had and started the collecting once again. The only thing I struggled with was getting hold of the awesome figures from the US to the UK without the painful charges and fees. So, I thought I must not be the only one so i decided to expand rock and roll collectibles into a store. Making it easier for anyone over the world to get a hold of those rare, collectible and exclusive figures. Avoid! No Refunds!
UPDATE: I posted this review in May 2025. It's now December 2025. No item has been shipped. No money has been returned.
In their original response to me, they told me it was arriving "soon" in April 2025. I guess December 2025 is not "soon" enough.
Stop holding our money. There are literal laws here in the UK against holding preorder money for more than a year without offering a refund.

Avoid!! They Refuse to Refund
On 16th May 2024, I made the mistake of preordering a Powertown product through Rock and Roll Collectibles. A whole year later, this order hasn’t been fulfilled - this isn’t the fault of Rock and Roll Collectibles, which I understand. But it should be noted there’s been no communication in that year and no make-good offer, something Powertown offered.
After a year of no product, I asked for a refund on 8th May 2025. Despite multiple marketing emails and active socials, I was ignored for a week. No response, no refund.
A week later, on 15th May 2025, I sent another email pointing this out and again asking for a refund. This time, they responded and told me no refund would be given with the excuse of it being a made-to-order item.
1) Made-to-order doesn’t breach UK consumer rights, especially when it’s not been shipped.
2) This is not a made-to-order item, it’s a mass-produced toy from China. It has no customisation and continues to be on sale on Powertown’s website, further proving it’s not made-to-order, if you can still order it.
Do not use this company. If there’s an issue, they will ignore you and refuse to refund.

As stated in the item description once the pre order window closes on our website, pre orders can no longer be cancelled. If you wanted to cancel this item you could have done so whilst the pre order was still open. This is the same across the board and we have had no issue with any other customer understanding this in the years we have had made to order pre orders.
Made to order pre orders are because we have to order the amount that we have had committed during the pre order window as soon as it closes.
We are not the makers of the figures therefor we are not in control of the period of time it takes to have the figures in hand. If there is an issue with the time frame of the figures being made this can be brought up with Powertown, not us.

Actually brilliant service the delivery was very fast. Well packaged. I'm well pleased. Will be recommending to others.
